One of the best stores for outdoor clothing. Got couple of atoms from here, love it so far. The jackets can get a little pricey but value for money guaranteed. Staff is also super helpful. Mostly they have all collections available but the unavailable ones can be ordered online. Highly recommended, do visit.

The staff was amazing and the products work very well. However the quality I question and the warranty / repair service is not what you would expect from such a brand. I would check out fjallraven next door as their warranty and service is far better. I probably won’t be shopping at Arc’teryx again.

Helpful staff, good service and quality (although a bit overpriced) products. Unfortunately they never have my size in stock. They did take the time to direct me to their website which missed the point. I went to the store to try on the jacket for size as the Art'teryx jackets do fit differently from one product to another. Overall however I am still satisfied with the service received!

The team has been so kind, curteous, and considerate. I picked up one order a few weeks ago, and because I wasn't available to pick up a second order, they were nice enough to send it to my location!These guys provide the absolute best service! Thank you Marinda and the team for helping me out!

Staff were very friendly and welcoming! They’re very knowledgeable about the products, were able to share their own experiences with each, and make a recommendation based on my current needs. Walked out without purchasing anything, but came out more knowledgeable and confident in making a purchase decision for next time!

Staff are super helpful without being pushy and I love how they allow leashed pets in the store. Everything is logically laid out and although their product is expensive, it's amazing quality covered by industry leading warranty coverage. I'm currently getting a 5 year old beta AR fixed under warranty.

I was advised if I order an item online through their store it should arrive in 3-5 business days. It is now 8 days later and my item says 'awaiting carrier pickup'. I have called the store to see if they can expedite this and they say it is out of their control, call customer service. They should instruct their staff to provide more realistic expectations regarding how long an item takes to get delivered to their home.

Forgot to ask the staff’s name. It was great shopping experience as I tried different styles many times and the girl was very helpful and informative. Great thanks for helping me out on the jacket picking!! Highly recommend the Atrel Zip Neck one! And the girl in store is gorgeous and patient.

As a showroom it isn’t pertinent. Products are scarce and sizes are poorly represented. As a shop it is overpriced and unwelcoming. Staff is incompetent and know very little of the brand or its products. Seen them on their phones rather than attending customers in more than one occasion. Highly doubt that any of these youngsters has ever been on an outdoors activity. Who recruits these Tic Tok crew? This is how prestigious brands begin their own dismissal.

I was visiting from out of town, not a lot of time on my hands, arc’teryx sales associate by the name of Alex G at the 17th Ave store., helped me locate an arc’teryx gift certificate that had been sent to me electronically. Once I was at the store, Alex thoughtfully recommended a colour in the Atom range of jackets that better suited me. Very much appreciated his quick and knowledgable help.
