The owner of the company fired me all of sudden, stating the reason that my performance is not up to the standards without giving any prior notice or taking any disciplinary action.This person hires you when lab gets busy by having mentioned 6 months probation period. He use this probation period to expel you out without giving any notice or reason when work slows down.Be aware if you want to work for this person. Not a reliable company to work for.
