We were shopped in Richmond store about dinning table, lunging room furnitures. The Manager, Philip is doing amazing services and he is a great manager! He is very professional, patience and very helpful! We’re very enjoy the time when we are shopping there! Will definitely refer to our friends and family about this store!

First time shopping at Jordans Home and what a wonderful experience! They have a great variety of styles and fabrics to choose from. Ricky was friendly, professional and very helpful in assisting us in picking a sofa and armchair for our living room. Delivery was smooth and the items arrived at the time they stated. I would not hesitate to recommend this shop to family & friends.

I purchased a custom-made couch which took about six weeks to build and ship. My sales rep Ricky provided an excellent service during and after the sale. Very benevolent & provided excellent service when looking for new hid-a-bed.Provided me with copy of dimensions of several items so I could verify if they would fit right.Plenty of attractive furniture of very nice quality to be found here.Alex and the other associate where so accommodating.
