Perfect starting place for a visit to Haida Gwaii. Nice gift shop. Good location to walk to town. Great views.

Volunteer gave incorrect information about the ferry schedule. Best to check with BC ferry but otherwise very helpful and pleasant.

A very pleasant surprise. Lots of information about the island coupled with a variety of gifts ranging from inexpensive stickers to valuable original artwork and jewelry. Worth a visit by tourists and locals.

Very helpful people, lots of free information, art items to purchase and available public washrooms. Lots of RV parking located nearby and close to the rest of Queen Charlotte City so walking is made easy. Excellent views of the Queen Charlotte City waterfront.

Daajing Giids Visitor Centre
This visitor centre has the best and most friendly and knowledgeable staff I’ve seen in any visitor centre. Their love of Queen Charlotte is evident as they try to help visitors. They go above and beyond to help you out and this is so amazing to see. Also: if you’re about to buy gifts, they have the prices on the island.

Worth the stop! Nice gift items for sale and the outside area around has a lovely view. Best picnic area in my opinion. Handy public bathrooms - clean.
