I work in a hair studio, and I’ve been a shopper here for over 5+ years. The employee sold me a wrong product and I tried to exchange it and they wouldn’t let me, even though the employee is the one that suggested the wrong product to me. They gave me a very hard time and clearly don’t understand anything about customer satisfactory. I’m a manager at 3 hair studios and I’ve done all my shopping here for all 3. I will not be returning again.

I used to shop there quite a bit prior to Covid however I noticed they do not care to have minorities in their store. They follow you around and never will say hello to me but grab my money when I make a purchase! The products are okay. but awful, horrible people to interact with!

I have shopped here for many years with no issues until last night. As soon as my boyfriend and I entered their store I felt we were being watched and conversation in their language immediately started. Which is extremely rude. The associate that after watching us for sometime finally decided to ask whether I needed assistance was abrupt, rude and condescending. With the number of beauty supply stores catering to black patrons which are much grander in product and selection, I don’t think I will be returning to this establishment.

Love this place ! I come all the way from hamilton to come here . Wigs are very nice and good quality. Only problem is I feel the wigs are a tad over priced but I still love this place! Staff is super nice . Thank you for all the lovely wigs .

There's a service fee for trying on wigs. Do clothing stores charge a service fee for trying on clothes? You get paid to do the job of helping people with their hair. If you want more cash, put out a tip jar. If you do a good job and are nice to your customers, you might make more. Charging a service fee turns away customers, especially those who might just be browsing and realize a wig really looks good on them. Either way, its the principal of the matter, it's just wrong.

Okay selection, OK prices, the staff standover you at all the time, terrible shopping experience wouldn't recommend, get cameras instead making people feel uncomfortable.

The staff was very serious, they didn't smile at all, I was the only one in the store so I felt uncomfortable with the lack of enthusiasm. They did help me find what I came for, but I couldn't wait to get out of there.

Pretty good selection of products. Typically the place isn't too busy. They have helpful staff but not necessarily the most knowledgeable about all hair types.Location is clean, lots of parking, and a little hidden so it's typically not too busy.I would give it a higher rating if they had more selection.
