[Animal reiki] Our kitten boy, Simba received one session last week. Alex sent reiki to help him stay healthy, grow strong and connect deeper with his parents. Alex’s approach is friendly, loving, and adoring Simba, which made him happy & purr during the session. We noticed that over last week, he communicated with us in a calmer manner whenever he wanted to go outside. He also seemed to be more confident exploring toys and objects in the house. after many months of putting off a visit to Nanaimo to do nothing, I finally did it last week.Stayed at Alex's place for a much needed R&R. Spent the evening walking the beach, watching the sunset and falling asleep to the energy of singing bowls.Alex's place is nice, comfortable, clean and close to the beach & ferry terminal. Being a mom of 2 under 2, I desperately needed helps with my neck and shoulder pain as well as energy healing. I came to Alex for a session of reiki and sound healing treatment. The goal of the session is to help me relieve some muscle tensions on my neck and shoulder using the sound healing treatment with the singling bowl, and receive healing energies from Reiki to aid with my postpartum recovery and anxiety. Alex is very gentle and thorough in her practice. She manages to create a soothing and zen atmosphere that promotes deep relaxation and healing. I’m mostly amazed with how effective the singing bowl treatment was to my neck and shoulder pain. The vibrations of the bowl deeply targeted the body tissues, which help with relieving the tensions of my neck and shoulders. It has been two weeks since the sessions and I have been feeling less painful and stiff at the affected areas. Thank you, Alex! Highly recommended the treatment for anyone looking for deep relaxation and healing.

Alex is our good friend and when we heard that she offered animal Reiki, we sent our bunny Berry to her. He was moody recently and we couldnt figure out why. After 2 sessions, we are happy to see Berry eats well again. He also is less scared of sudden noises, compared to before.

I wanted to experience energy healing and wasn't disappointed!In my very first session I felt energy moving in most of my body. I booked my first ever Reiki experience session with Alex. At the time of my appointment, I'd had a stressful week, but I didn't think much about it, nor how badly the negative energy had built up, or as it seemed to be.Before beginning my session, Alex would kindly explain to me how Reiki works, and that it helps clearing and healing our own energy pathways and allowing our life force" to flow in a healthy

After looking into Meditation classes to assist with anxiety, I decided to see Alex for a Reiki session. She was recommended to me through all my friends. She is to be commended on the setting for the Reiki sessions and how she makes you feel also through the sessions. She explains everything she does through the session. I have learnt a lot from her about the Reiki Chakra's and how they connect to the body's organs. It's truly a beautiful and tranquil setting around you and the session is delivered by someone who can make you feel at ease and peace as soon as you enter the room. was feeling physically tired and mentally drained after a hectic two months at my new work and was experiencing throat and neck pain – not surprising as my throat chakra is always the first to go. So I was greatly looking forward to a healing session with Alex. I noticed my body immediately relax as I entered the treatment room. After chatting for a few minutes, letting her know about my current physical and mental status, she asked me to select from among many stones and crystals an object that particularly resonated with me. Next, she began to scan my body and placed the stone I’d selected on my throat chakra, then began the healing session.Meanwhile, I drifted in and out of a dreamlike state, losing track of time, feeling relaxed throughout. She then continued doing reiki to my different chakras from head to toe. When the session was complete, I shared how I was feeling. The pain I had been experiencing earlier had been released, and I have not experienced any throat pain in the last 2 weeks since my Reiki healing session.Alex is very grounded and heals not only with her hands but with her presence.
