Tellers should be trained to be more friendly and courteous. Specifically Wilson - there is a line for a reason. Follow who is next in line, don’t call your client to come in the front if your not ready to help. Also - a little smile and a friendly hello would be great!

All staff are Very Friendly especially Hany. He is a cooperative professional employee.I am editing my review after 2 years.My family and I used to go there to finalize any financial issues and frankly speaking I found the staff really friendly and knowledgable. Last visit, Annie and Albert helped me a lot to maintain all my accounts types in a professional manner. They were very patient and professional to answer all my questions and concerns. Great bank, great staff.Thanks a million.

ELVIS SHEN (OR SHIN) - whom I do not even remember this last name, does not show care. We had a variable rate mortgage with RBC and referred by someone for advises. in light of the interest rate increases. We met him after the first increase and he advised it was too late to lock into a fixed rate. (This is on my part) but he promised to put us on his contact list. He promised he will contact us if there is another increase.Now in September 2017, another quarter % increase - no call from him. We tried to reach him and asked if there is any reason that we are not advised) - voicemails, and no returned calls at all.We might be small clients that you wouldn't care less Elvis - I get it. But if you made a promise, it doesn't matter how small we are, you need to do your part. I work in public accounting and we have alot of small clients too, but when if I need to deliver I need to fulfill my part. As far as I am concern, you dropped the ball and are unprofessional.

This branch literally is the worst branch of RBC in GTA. Unfortunately, I am working in this area and this is the closest RBC branch to me but every time that I visit this branch, I hate myself. The staff are not trained properly and the manager is skeptical and not the most pleasant person to deal with. They have no idea about basics of customer care and most of the time it takes forever to do a job that in other branches can be done in 5 minutes. If you have time to visit another branch, avoid this.... (from a real customer and this is a real review...)

STAY AWAY FROM LILIAN. The home branch of the worst teller ever. LILIAN is hard to beat in terms of ‘service excellence’. She was impolite, unprofessional, and was extremely good at damaging the image of RBC. I have been with RBC for almost a decade and impressed by their excellent service until today. LILIAN held my certified cheque without telling me a word and deposited the fund to the wrong account without my authorization. When I asked back, she not only failed to provide a satisfied answer but also kept interrupting me. Worst banking experience ever and sorry for RBC to have someone like her.

If I could give NO STARS I would! This is the WORST RBC branch I have ever been to. I came just to withdraw money from my account, I sat here for 2 hours and they didn’t even give me anything. They made me wait while they made calls on my behalf for no reason when I’ve been to other branches for the same services this week and they helped me without any issues. These people swear they’re “doing everything the right way” but don’t give quality service or actually help with what you need. I waisted so much time here and the customer service is awful, you try to explain and they yell over you. Terrible.

Worst customer service. Unprofessional staff and manager. The branch manager Matthew Chow is the worst. He will brush you off with no intention of helping you. He is unprofessional and condescending. Go to another branch and save yourself from the stress!

Stay away from this branch. The teller's are completely incompetent. I gave them my new Pre-Authorized Debit Form and they will managed to screw that up. How dumb do you have to be to write down the wrong account number when it clearly states on the form? Jesus!

These people working here sicken me. I'm changing my home branch. This branch will no longer be my home branch anymore. Out of no where they make things uneasy for you. Even people answering at the call centre advise me to avoid this branch. Also, they don't make me feel really safe, so I'm going to switch to another branch where I can feel safe and the people look out for your own protection.

Worst branch ever. I went in twice first time in January and again today. Same issues all the time. Spent 1 hour!!! No manager on duty and no one can resolve my problem and they ended up freezing my account. I went to another branch 5min in and out. My suggestion simply avoid this branch
