Lawrence was fantastic. And I'm not exaggerating. He was representing the sellers of the home I bought. I was a bit anxious about the deal and all it entailed as it was my first independent big purchase since getting divorced. He took the time to happily answer all my questions and offered alot of very helpful suggestions..for example acquiring home insurance . So a great big thank you to him .

Moving to Thunder Bay from another province was overwhelming, but Lawrence made finding a home easy. We really didn’t know much about the different neighbourhoods in Thunder Bay or where we might want to live. Lawrence was very honest and provided helpful insight into each area we looked in. He was always available for any questions or concerns we had and even did the walk through for us when we took possession of the house. Would definitely recommend Lawrence to other home buyers, especially those relocating from another city!

He was quick to set up viewings that were convenient with us and very quick to respond to any of our questions/concerns that we had, especially one of us being a first time home buyer. Lawrence is an amazing person! I can’t remember him ever saying no to anything. He did a fantastic job in helping me find a property in thunderbay while I was in toronto the whole time! He did video tours for atleast 20 homes for me and gave me all detailed information and his insights which really helped me to make a better decision. From good neighborhoods to amazing references he knows it all! I would highly recommend Lawrence without any reservations. Looking forward to working with him soon.

Lawrence went out of his way to video the house we purchased and made sure everything was set before we got here. Especially since we had to drive over 16 hours to get to it. We really appreciate it. A truly fine realtor. We will definitely use him again if we do move but don't think we will for quite awhile because the house is perfect.

Lawrence was my saving grace when buying my first home! He showed me at least 10 homes that I continuously shut down. He is patient with first time home buyers and the millions of questions that go along with that. He walked me through the process, what to expect, what I need to do. He does not pressure first time home buyers to put an offer on any house just to close a deal, but instead always told me that the one I want will come along eventually. I bought my first home and couldn’t be happier with it and I owe that to Lawrence!
