Normally a good store but selection was kind of poor this time around. Not sure if its due to the pandemic or not.

Unfortunately I've been given gift cards as gifts over the past couple years so havent had much choice but to come here on occasion. My most recent experiences include buying a preowned ps4 controller that didnt work (but it was something so obscure I didnt notice it was an issue until it was outside of their warranty/return period), I also went to purchase an xbox one game that was on sale but they were out of new copies. I asked the associate to just match the sale price and give me a copy that was preplayed. He actually refused. I was speechless. They dont price match competitors and have actually had employees enraged when I've bought point cards to buy digital copies because i am the reason stores are closing (which doesnt make any sense because I am clearly supporting a store when I can just go on xbox live and buy stuff using a credit card). Terrible service regardless of location. Just go to a box store and help put these dinosaurs out of business.

Knowledgeable staff. Well organized and clean store. Not mention video games!

Boxing day 2018 - group of 4 of us were looking to buy Nintendo Switches. Employee saw us standing waiting for the crowd to dissipate, asked us to leave if we were just talking". Extremely rude with zero manners.Thanks for solidifying my decision to support Best Buy."

I had purchased warranty for my controller when I bought it new and one of the bumpers stopped working on it. I went into EB games a few weeks ago to see if I could swap it and they said I could but they didn’t have any in stock, so she would call me once they did. I agreed and I got a voicemail the other day letting me know she had one behind the counter for me. I stopped by again today to pick it up and they only had a more expensive controller (better colours), but yet still agreed and replaced it! Great service and I’ll be back!
