Brott Music Festival

I rarely give one star, I'm sorry. My spouse and I bought tickets because it was a symphony playing Queen music. That sounded great! What we got was a cover band with backup singers, guitars and drums. We could barely hear the orchestra behind that. It should have been the other way around. Before they started you could see and hear the people testing/tuning their instruments. That was the most we heard of the orchestra.Stood in line for just over an hour to get food from a truck. There were three trucks for a LOT of people. Not sure that is the music festivals fault for lack of food choices but it certainly added to the frustration. We left before it was half way through.

Watched a streamed Handel's Messiah performance on the Easter 2021 weekend. While it was an abridged version, it was very well done. Good sound and video quality.

The Brott Music Festivals in Hamilton have always been the best of the best.
