Just went to pizza pizza 434 St Joseph 3h40pm to get a slice for my son and I. Employee didnt even want to serve us at the cash. He said cash is close and didnt even bother to do something to sell us a slice. He went back and continued to do his pizza while we were talking to him. Front counter had plenty slices left. Very disapointed and never gonna go back to this location.

Ordered cheese pizzas and this is what I've got.Dinner was delayed 3hrs as the restaurant attempted making these twice and non of them were appetizing nor right. Is this really a cheese pizza ?No cheese, burned or uncooked, cold to the touch.....I don't want a credit nor a new one, I'm fed up with them and don't want to order or rat ever again from them.

Really a shame on the name of pizza here. I paid extra to get creamy garlic drizzle but i didn't received any. I also paid for 4 toppings but didn't received all, plus they didn't even bother to spread the toppings with they put. Also the cheese wasn't spread around properly. It was a pick up order and i drove 20 mins to pick it up since there was no delivery available in my location. Also when i called customer support, they asked me to take the pizza back to the store to get a refund. Really worst customer service plus disappointing food for the money i paid.

NEVER ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION, pizza pizza Gatineau is a joke, I placed order at 4.25pm. Pizza delivery driver came calling @5.31pm saying he was downstairs at the building. We called the manager since the policy says 1 hr after ordering it would be free. Manager said its not free since its been over an hour and that the driver was waiting. I have proof of the driver arriving late. The manager was super rude and said since we did not have apartment number then we dont get free pizza. I made a comment to tell the driver to meet at lobby since it was a birthday party event. Never ordering from st.joseph location. Bad service bad quality and rude management. Also look at how the pizza looked. Dont mind the missing pieces. The kids devoured the pizza.

We have ordered the pizza from this pizza pizza and this we get and then after we asked for a replacement they sent two guys for like fighting with us and they were also bulling us and using vulgar language with us

Terrible terrible service from this location. The delivery driver kept acting like the debit machine wouldn’t work and asking for cash then told me to go find a cash tip.I told him I only have a 50$ and that I would tip through the machine. He then charged me for my food and tried to leave with it. Instructing me that I had to go to his car to get change for his tip then I could have my food. I told him NO and to give me my food he then told me they will never service me or my address again.I top of all of this our order was wrong and the time before that we waited over 3hrs and 2 attempts to get food to no avail

I have never left a review in my life; however this place is absolutely terrible.Firstly, I ordered for delivery at 11:15am and it did not arrive until 12:15pm. Secondly, I ordered double potato wedge and received 1 box of fries and 1 box of sweet potato fries which were extremely soggy on top of not being what I ordered. Finally, the pizza’s themselves were not what I ordered:Pepperoni, Feta, Hot Sauce Swirl: Saw maybe 4-5 tiny little pieces of Feta on the entire pizza. No hot sauce swirl. Asked for well done and it’s barely cooked.Italian Sausage, Feta: there is no way that a large pizza is supposed to only get 7 pieces of Italian sausage; a few slices don’t even have any sausage whatsoever. Same issue with the Feta as the first pizza, there is only a few crumbs. Also, it is once again barely cooked when I asked for well done.Never ordering from this location again. I'm not one to complain, but not a single thing about this order was correct.

If I could put 0 stars I would. I ordered 1 special thin crust, 1 dessert pizza with 1 caramel dip. Well the sauce was missing, both pizza were thick crust. The delivery guy was barely speaking French or English, had trouble finding the place so he called me and did want to meet, I had to explain I was sick, when I ordered I clearly specified to leave it at the door, I wanted it to be contactless. I didn’t appreciate that at all. I did call to fix the situation about the pizza. Waited 12 minutes on hold and the line got shut. I tried emailing Pizza Pizza to resolve my issue. They only offered a store credit when I wanted my money back. I decided to read the policy and they should give me at least 20$ in credit or the credit for the dip and send me new pizzas. For them it’s 15 or nothing, they refuse to send me new pizzas. Worse customer service I ever had. Worse email service I ever had. Worse overall experience I ever had in a restaurant.
