This company has the most horrific customer service I have ever had to deal with. Gave them 2 weeks notice to pick up my bins before I moved and they still hadn't been picked up on the day I moved out and couldn't give me a date when they were going to be picked up when I called. I canceled my service in December and I am still being billed for trash pick up and have left multiple messages for someone to call me back and to date I haven't received the call back.I wouldn't recommend this company save yourself the frustration.

They never pick up when suposed to always late never actually clean can out always leave bags in can whould strongly recomend a better service as they cant even have enough employees to get job done right

Our mobile home park has not had garbage pickup for over two weeks now. Several of us have called and have either not been able to get a response or have gotten the runaround. I called this morning and spoke to a lady who said that they were very sorry, but they don’t have drivers for our area. Okay, that can’t be helped. But perhaps they need to look at paying their drivers that do exist on other routes a bit extra so that they cover the routes that aren’t covered right now. We pay for this service, so please come up with a satisfactory solution to this problem.

Not reliable and non-communicative. Regular scheduled dumpster servicing is frequently missed and there is no effort to reschedule to get servicing back on track. Garbage back-up can sit for weeks.

This is the absolute worst company I have ever used for any service EVER. I set up weekly garbage and kitchen scrap pick ups with them and in 7 weeks only had 2 pick ups. I waited nearly 3 weeks for them to drop off my bins despite setting it up 2-3 weeks before I moved in and being told that my bins would be there when I arrived. When I would call I would get empty apologies and empty promises. Every time I asked about my bins I was told they would arrive and the day would roll around but there would be no bins. When they eventually dropped off my bins they dropped them off at the wrong address. After that they kept missing pick ups and promising credit, but then my next bill was full charge... for over a month I had to call in 2-3 times a week to deal with missed pick ups or other issues. The people answering the phones had no real answers and were never able to connect me with anyone higher up or even the person in charge of my account. Before I cancelled we called in and were told that our weekly services (which we had confirmed multiple times was weekly) wasn't weekly and we were just mistaken. Everytime I called I was given some ridiculous run around which has a big waste of my time and energy. We don't know what happened" "Yeah they just didn't pick up this week I don't know what else to tell you" "there are problems with your route" "We are having troubles with drivers on that route"I have never been more frustrated than I was dealing with this incredibly unprofessional

This company is, without a doubt, the most terrible customer experience I've ever had. In 9 weeks my garbage has been picked up twice. We're set for weekly. Between the newborn and 2 dogs, plus the trash of two adults, it's gotten out of control. The promised emergency" pick up never happens. And

Worst customer service ever I have in Canada . I’m giving 1 star becauseThere is no negative stars ✨ I use them for my business for weekly pickup they miss a pick up every other pickup never respond to my e-mails or phone calls. They missed my garbage pick up and I've called 3 times, left two messages and two e-mails asking when they plan on picking up my trash (which is now overflowing). they have not responded to any phone calls they will take number say that we will contact you soon but no response.That is beyond unprofessional. I heard many bad reviews from other businesses with this waste waste company.

Very poor costumer service. Not worth the money saved in my opinion. I moved and arranged for my bins to be picked up on move day. That didn’t happen. I phoned to follow up and was told they would be picked up the next day. Again didn’t happen and now a week later the new owners are upset the bins are still there. Every time I get assured they will be picked up. I have had to deal with customer service before and it has been awful! Would not recommend.

If you had asked me a year ago what garbage company I'd recommend, hands down it would have been Waste Connections. Ask me today and I'd recommend running hard and fast to any other company.Since Chad left the company, the service has severely gone down hill, and the access to help and assistance is even worse. The company seems to forget that they are contracted to perform a service and do a job. But they continually miss pickups and hope you don't notice.I do, however, notice that their bill arrives on time. I just wish their drivers would as well. It's incredibly frustrating, impacts our community and we have to fight over whether we get credited for their missed pickups.In the last two months alone, they've missed 7 - 10 pickups (that we've noticed) across our 3 services (compost, garbage, recycling). This leads to overflowing cans, residents holding smelly garbage in their units, and people trying to cram as much as they can into the bins.I have left 4 messages and sent emails regarding the issue. All without follow-up.I get it, you're having staffing problems. But I pay you for a service, and I expect you to either sort your issues out, or up your communication game and be transparent about missed/delayed pickups.

The driver is great!However the office staff do not always answer phones during business hours (8-4:30)… Hard to get answers as to when missed-pick ups are to be taken care of.Poor customer service.
