I called Daniel Dargis to get information on work done on my property by my neighbors contractor. It was the first time I spoke to Daniel. He was generous of his time and clearly explained to me all the documents and services that I was entitled to request from the contractor in question. His recommendations reassured me enormously and guided me to make the right decision.

I was expecting stellar service from Mr. Dargis due to the reviews. Unfortunately, after having the most unpleasant experience contacting him (thrice), I read further down and most of the are left by interns. After contacting him through the site, I was invited to contact *him* through a very short e-mail (to be fair, he offers very flexible hours). When I called him the first time, he hung up because he had trouble hearing me; no effort to reschedule the call. I ended up calling again and his tone of voice never changed from the brusque and uninterested tone from the first time. I asked for an appointement in mid-June and was told to call a few days before I needed him, not a month before. I had to ask twice about his process and was quoted 650 for an oral inspection and 1k for a written report. Unfortunately, I'll never know whether he's a good engineer: his manner gives me no desire to work with him on a project.

Mr. Dargis was very helpful. He visited our duplex and gave us clear advice. When there was a new crack that appeared after his initial inspection, he followed up with a second visit without charging us extra. This is a man who's top priority is to do his job well. Amazing professionalism and very friendly.

MR. Dargis is not only a very experienced engineer but a very HONEST human being.I say that because he not only will give you advice as a knowledgeable engineer but as someone that will take care of your investment. I I’m glad to have trusted him for my project.

Incredible overall service. First off, Daniel returned my call within 48 hours and was at my house that same day. Vast professional knowledge explained in a very simple way. He really adapted to my level of understanding. He took the time to patiently answer all of my questions and went above and beyond with explinations of things I didnt even realize. Under the supervision of Mr. Daniel Dargis guidance and mentorship , we did small to big projects and at least one site visit a day. Its really very great to do my internship here. Mr. Dargis inspected my property for structural issues with foundation and masonry. He provided me with an impartial and professional report that included various options for repairs needed. What he provides that is most important is an understanding of the structural integrity of the building and a forecast on what is needed in the short and long-term life of the building.
