Job was done well, however the owner Ken charged my credit card $97.05 more than the quoted price, which I didn't find out until I received my Mastercard bill. Certainly disappointed with the lack of trust and transparency with the company.

The young men who performed the work were professional and took care of my property. However, the next day when the sun shone on the newly cleaned windows, they were full of streaks and greasy marks on the inside. I contacted the company and was told the windows were guaranteed only until the workers left my home; if I wanted them redone, I would have to pay a premium charge and set up a new appointment. To make matters worse, my credit card was charged $935.47 and $395.47 and I have been advised it may take up to 15 days to reverse the incorrect charge of $935.47. A lot of money paid and an unhappy customer to boot!

Booked online and paid the deposit on June 9th. I have sent multiple emails requesting a date and time confirmation for when they were coming out and I have now sent multiple emails requesting a refund of my deposit, since no one has been in contact with me about scheduling. No one from the company has responded to any of my emails or online booking request in the last month and a half since I booked and paid my deposit online. I would not recommend booking online with this company.

Hired this company to clean out the gutters on a three-storey townhouse. They supposedly completed the work when I wasn't home. I called them when I arrived after work to kindly state that I wasn't satisfied with the quality of service as my gutters were still dirty - essentially could not tell they had been cleaned at all.I was told that I'd be placed on their 'return list' for the following week. The work was never revisited by Niagara Window Washing. I then proceeded to call them. I spoke with receptionists daily as my phone calls were never returned by a manager and/or owner of the company. When I asked for an address for the company, the receptionist couldn't provide me with a town or a postal code.I subsequently contacted the Better Business Bureau, which also couldn't get anywhere with Niagara Window Washing. As far as I'm concerned this company stole my money. I'd suggest you avoid hiring them.

Can't say enough good things about the polite, competent, gentlemanly boys who just left my home after cleaning out the gutters. I have a lot of trees on my property and the job was not an easy one, but they did a thorough job of removing all the debris that had collected. I would recommend them to anyone!

Do not deal with this company.I requested a cleaning of my gutters and my siding and put down a $25 deposit to book a date for the work to be done. I asked to reschedule the date of the service until I received a quote on the price. The company never responded and arrived at my house when I wasn’t around. They didn’t provide any services and left a note to contact them to reschedule. They charged my credit card $472.18.I attempted to contact the company on several occasions about rescheduling and resolving this issue with no answer or response. I left messages on their answering machine and email. In my last attempt to contact them their phone number was no longer active.I was lucky enough to have my money returned through filing a dispute with my credit card company. If they are still in business, avoid at all cost.

Like the other reviewer I booked gutter cleaning and paid $25 deposit. They never showed and I haven’t had a response despite 3 emails and 4 voicemail sent on my part. In previous years I had no problem but this year was a big disappointment. I would definitely recommend not booking with them.

The owner personally came to my house and did a fantastic job of cleaning my windows. He was very polite and punctual. We will be booking with Niagara Window Washing again for sure .

Do not use this company. They took my $25 deposit and were supposed to come after the leaves were down last fall, and they did not come. I phoned many times and left messages, and no call backs, then I got there message closed for the season". This year I phoned several times and got " call cannot be completed at this time"."

Hired to clean windows in and out, included was tracks and screen wash neither was done, also hired for house wash, left an absolute mess, Ken Richardson to cowardly to pick up phone to discuss, instead hides behind email, up charged $190 for window scrap? Never done, never authorized, BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE, claims to have a 100% satisfaction guarantee, did nothing to remedy, offered $50 on next service, I wouldn't let this clown on my property again. This clown has an answer for everything, I have all of the emails I sent asking for someone to come out and look as I knew it was a big job, but instead he said it's all done online, I was here when they started, had to step out to dentist and they took off, this is about along more than a couple of streaks on windows, they say track cleaning is included, it was never done, they say screens are are washed with water" never done
