Diana and Felix built the deck from start to finish and they were so great to work with and displayed great attention to detail. They truly acted like it was their own deck. We can not say enough about the service and quality product we received from The Deck Store in Oakville. The entire team was very easy to work with and paid attention to details to ensure the final product was a good one. Shane, Bill and David are dedicated individuals, good communicators, and fastidious about their work.It is wonderful to finally have a deck that does not require consistent maintenance and we are very pleased that the ceiling under the deck has made our space much cleaner and brighter. Excellent job!

Amazing, Great experience with the Deck Store! Top notch!We started our deck project with another contractor and the craftsmanship was so bad that we had to fire them.Lucky for us, The Deck Store was able to step in on short notice and get a fabulous crew to come out and undo the sub standard work that was done. If we didn’t fire the previous company we would have had an unsafe deck.Stan and The Deck store crew were very professional and built a solid, beautiful deck for us. We can’t say enough about Junior and Felix and their attention to detail and high quality craftsmanship.A lot of contractors think they know how to build decks but if you want it done right go to The Deck Store. You get what your pay for.Stan and Terry were both great to work with from the beginning (Design concepts) to the end of the project. They answered all of our questions and were always available to talk with us.We are very happy customers since our backyard is completed to our high expectations!We get a lot of compliments on our new deck and we always give a shout out to The Deck Store.

We are thrilled with our new backyard! With the help, professionalism and vision of designer Josh Fletcher and the hard working crew (Felix, Manuel and Diana) we have a beautiful space that we’ll enjoy for years to come. The fence is exactly what we wanted and the workmanship of our spacious deck is outstanding - the lines and corners are perfect. The solid substructure gives us peace of mind. Thank you for your excellent customer service throughout the process - responsive and patient even when faced with various setbacks brought on by weather. Awful experience! I cannot believe this kind of stores exists in Canada. The stuff is extremely rude. Don’t trust them. I would not recommend this store!

I needed to completely redesign and replace my backyard experience .....I went from a 30 year old deck to a complete spa retreat that I have been able to enjoy year round. Megan and Shane accommodated my project at all stages for changes in my landscaping and concrete subprojects....results were exactly what I wanted and continue to enjoy.

I dealt with the Oakville Team! Jessica was kind and courteous in her customer service with us. She introduced us to the designer we’re currently working with and so far the entire team top to bottom is just fantastic. Could not recommend the deck store for your build or materials!

Absolutely thrilled at the quality and craftsmanship Robert and his team at the Deck Store built for us in our back yard. Using tiered and angled decks, modern materials like Art Panels in privacy fencing and matching gates, our boring, builders style deck, has been turned into an amazing backyard oasis. They listened to our wants, needs and desires and came up with something we could only dream about. Never been happier and never had so many compliments on our outdoor living space. We can thoroughly recommend them.

For many years we have wanted to build a deck, but we just couldn't get our head around all the different material options. We live in Georgetown and you guys are our nearest store. So we popped along one Saturday morning in November figuring we'd be the only customers, only to find they were a few patrons. Well Jessica was wonderful, not only did she ensure that we were not ignored, when it was our turn she was fun and pleasant. She honestly took the time to listen to us and what we were after and made some great suggestions. It's kinda daunting when there are a multitude of board colours to choose from. She patiently waited as we took down samples.. then ummed and errred and even let us take them outside to see them in daylight. We choose a winner and left Jessica with our deck plans. She completed our boards calculation (with Alan's assistance) and we returned to pay our deposit, she was just as amazing and pleasant as the first time around. Unfortunately our boards were on back order from the manufacturer so didn't arrive when estimated, however Jessica kept us well informed via email and/or phone. Once available Jessica made sure to update us (even though she was not going to be in the office). Our boards arrived as scheduled and carefully delivered by Marcel. The boards were installed this week. We are beyond pleased! Jessica gets all the kudos - THANKYOU!, but I also have to shout out to Alan.. we only had 1.5 boards left over after installation, so he definitely is a board wizard. Thankyou Deck Store, we will definitely be back
