This is my 3rd time to post a review. I bought a rebuilt Subaru car here and the experience has been so far awesome. Please, do not take only my words for it; live it yourself with the owner Mahmoud. What a gentleman! He honored all his promises and he was very honest about the pros and cons about the car. I know a lot about sales pitch. So, I can tell when someone is selling me into something. I bought a 2012 Honda 2 1/2 years ago.very satisfied with the car, very solid on the roadtheir cars are very clean as you can see when they post their inventory,.I had a leak on the front passenger side, Made an appointment to have them check it out, they gave me a few tips and I was able to find the problem fix myself.my a/c stopped working called them up just brought in the following day,they fixed, father advised me brakes were very bad so a/c fixed and front brakes replaced very reasonable price as well,I would not hesitate to recommend Bisan auto to friends or family.They are very fair. and like other people's reviews they are good people.thank you Mahmoud for getting my a/c going, and brakes replacedCheck them out , I give 5 stars,

I always wanted to buy a used car from a dealership because they felt more trustworthy but I took a chance in buying my 2018 Impreza here and have absolutely no regrets! The price was completely reasonable and came with a lot more things included than I usually see. He has the work ethic and values I always look for in people. Trustworthy, educative and wants to make sure everyone is happy. This garage is somewhat of a detour for me but I will most definitely come here first every time I need something for my car.
