Excellent care as always at Centre Spa. Once again, my RMT hurt me, but it was a good hurt. I know that Wendy knows the bruises will eventually fade.

Only place so far that I've found that has proper prenatal massage tables, not just the pillows (which they have as well). Owner Anne Marie was great. Felt safe and calm there. Highly recommend.

Came for a prenatal massage with Jen and it was amazing. I mentioned where I was having specific pain and she was able to target that area and it’s almost completely cleared up for me. I’d tried chiro and massages elsewhere before and nothing had helped. The table for your belly support is very comfortable and I felt like they knew exactly how to accommodate a very pregnant woman. I will 100% be going back.

Everyone is very nice at the place. It is not hard to book but it is a bit of hit or miss with the massage therapists. I have only found a great one on the third attempt. Kim is great! I went for a prenatal massage with her and I will sure go again!For the management, please keep the bathroom cleaner.

Went in for a massage and the ambience at this place just wasn’t there for me. I’m usually used to places that use heat pads so that the massage table would be warm. For the next hour, all I could focus on was how cold I was, how thin the walls or ceilings were (could hear a very loud conversation between a couple of people), and the loud ticking from the clock in the room. Did not feel relaxed at all. I had also asked my masseuse to focus on my lower back, she did just a full body massage and didn’t really work on my requested area. Will definitely not be coming back here again and would not recommend it to anyone I know.

Had a massage with Mike, he was excellent. Felt deep and technical without making me feel terribly sore after. He checked in regularly on comfort and preferred techniques without feeling like he was interrupting the session.
