Stopped in after work. I wandered into the couches as well as downstairs as I was looking to buy a new fridge and dishwasher for sure. Not ONE person working acknowledged my presence or even asked if they could help me. So I'll be taking my money to one of the other places where the rep was very helpful and friendly.

Paid over 4 large for furniture I have to wait almost 2 months for, i guess the upside is in this town that is the quickest. I remember being able take your purchases with you....you know when you left the store. Might as well try the online stores for all the good this does

Purchased our sectional and coffee table and had it delivered. Great service from beginning to end! Sales person wasn't pushy, and the delivery guys were very considerate. One came into my home to get an idea of where they would be putting things, then they laid drops cloths before hauling things in, and taking shoes off as they stepped off the drop cloth.Thank you so much! We love our new furniture!!!

Recently purchased a palliser swivel recliner for ourselves. The service from Jenny was really good and she was knowledgeable about the product. The delivery was seamless. Pricing was very fair for the service and quality received.Glad to be able to support a local business and the local community.Would highly recommend.

Staff are always friendly and helpful. We wandered around for half an hour and staff there were more than happy to assist and answer any questions we had. One of the best furniture stores in the city!

I got a dish washer from them. When I went in they where very polite and very understanding to what I needed. The reason there is no 5 star is because when I went to pick it up they ended up ripping the door seal on my vehicle which to me I am not picky about but its the fact that they weren't careful and where in a rush. I very much appreciated the phone mannerism as I understand they have to deal with a lot of people who may not be happy through out the day because of furniture ruined or not on time they are still smiling. I would recommend them over the brick honestly.
