Best Selection. Best Service. I ordered a book from Book City as part of my holiday shopping, and it was the most stress-free experience of all. Friendly staff was accommodating, and no giant cardboard boxes to throw away. I highly recommend ordering from Book City.

Very cute little place! Well organized and stocked, I had no issues finding something good to read within minutes. The staff was friendly, check out was quick and easy too. Quieter than I expected but really nice

Great Shakespeare selection and decent selection of contemporary poetry. My companion reported that the selection of contemporary fiction was good too. Most importantly, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly - I can't wait to go back!

Great selection of books! Cool vibe and friendly staff. Lots of selection on the tables for new or on-sale books. Plenty to peruse through if you're looking for something new, but don't have a specific title in mind.The only negative I found was that there were a couple series of books that didn't have the first book. Maybe that makes sense economically since more people look for subsequent books in a series as opposed to the first one. Or maybe they just sell out more and I caught them before a restock. But I did think it was odd to see that for multiple book series I was trying to introduce to a friend.
