Kia is friendly and professional. He fixed my laptop quite quick and for reasonable price. I had taken it to another service before and they said charging cannot be fixed. Well Kia proved them wrong! If you have problems with your laptop Kia will sort you out!

Dropped my laptop and broke the back cover and bottom plate... With a broken back cover the laptop still worked but could no longer be folded shut.Kia, the owner at Rosedale Computers, offered to see it same day. I wasn't happy with the first fix, but Kia called right away and promised to do the work to my full satisfaction. He got the parts overnight and cleared time to do the repair the next morning. Now my laptop is as good as new.1. I'm extremely happy with the work and how Kia addressed myconcerns. You learn a lot about a business when you experience how much importance they place on timeliness and customer satisfaction. This will be my go-to place for any computer / apple repairs.2. Before calling Rosedale Computers I visited 1 Canada Computers location (Yonge and Eglinton) and called 3 other. Despite explaining the simplicity of the issue, they refused to see my laptop same day. It had to 'wait in the queue for 4-5 business days to be diagnosed and then it's a 4-6 week wait time for parts'. They refused to schedule an appointment and insisted I leave my computer behind to wait in queue. What a joke. I can't give up my laptop for 6 days, let alone 6 weeks. I rely on it for work. And then Rosedale Computers was able to fix it overnight... This is a prime example of small business vs. big corporate. Support your local businesses!

Kia is one of the most intelligent tech people I've met! He was able to diagnose the issue on the phone right away when I said I got BSOD.Super quick turnaround - got it back within 48 hours and he ran me through step by step on what he did to fix it.Reasonably priced and he even added a fan and did cable mgmt for free! He went above and beyond!!If you have any tech issues, I would 10/10 recommend go seeing him! Kia is a humble and gentle person. I had my laptop fixed at a reasonale price and within a stipulated time. He did not impose his opinions rather offered choices in front of me and once we decided what was best, it was done perefectly.I would reccomend his services even though I am visiting Toronto as a tourist.A very nice person who is not in a hurry and gives honest options in front of you. Best, you could save some bucks if you go to him.

Within minutes, Kia gave me an appraisal of how much a replacement screen for my laptop would cost, as well as expected turnaround times based on different factors.I was pleasantly surprised when he called me the next day to say that it was fixed and ready for pickup!
