Excellent service! They came and picked up my vehicle, got it back to the dealership and had it fixed within a few hours. Then they delivered it back to me! They really took the stress out of everything... thanks Moose Jaw Ford!

One of a kind parts place - literally!!I have been on the hunt for the elusive Holy Grail of Ford parts - right side manifold (Part Number bl3z-9430-c for those playing along at home) for a 2014 F150 with the 5 litre. No inventory anywhere in North America. On backorder with no expected delivery date. Even aftermarket parts are not available. A local (to me) dealer received three of them that were ordered six months ago and refused to sell any to me as they were for customers who have been waiting a long time for them.By chance found one through the web & thought it was just another vendor who would take the order and then only to refund me a couple days later. But I got a shipping notification instead and had my fingers crossed while waiting for the shipment to arrive. Got it today.So a big Thank You to Moose Jaw Ford for actually having one in stock and shipping it to me!!!!!!Ford Canada on the other hand is an abysmal failure - pretended to be surprised they are having parts supply issues.

Great experience! On a road trip and needed to get an oil change! They took me in right away in the morning and had me back on the road quickly and safely! Thanks to Jeremy for the assistance!

My vehicle broke down over Christmas. Moose Jaw Ford was able to get my truck in for service and fixed the same day. Excellent experience. Would recommend to anyone.
