I’m always happy when I have the chance to visit this store. The staff is helpful and kind. They are available when you need them, and they ensure a smooth shopping experience. Certainly, it’s a grocery store with high prices, but if you plan ahead, it’s possible to shop smartly.

Goodness Me! Natural Food Market
Went to store to purchase usual item, staff couldn't answer why not available. They were supposed to call me, but never did. I called a few days later and placed a simple bulk order of that item. When I went to pick it up, no one could find it and, there was supposed to be 12, not 9 boxes. No one knows where they went. Maybe sold? Staff don't seem to know anything when questions are asked. Am very disappointed.

Popped in to see what I could find for a quick lunch and found tons of options. Happy to see lots of vegan ready-to-eat lunches! Lots of unique items that you won’t find anywhere else as well, like kimchi pancakes. I got the tofu kimchi sushi rolls, they were awesome but a lil too spicy for me (I don’t have a lot of tolerance though). Also got the coffee cake muffin, it was amazing!! For 8 rolls, the muffin, and a discounted la croix, my total was just under $14, not bad for a convenient vegan meal. I will definitely be back or at one of the other locations next time I’m looking for something tasty, healthy, and quick!

Goodness Me! Natural Food Market
I'm a long time customer. Over the last year and a half the selection of products has dwindled favoring lower quality(so called health foods). I can't get grass fed beef, even Loblaws/Metro sells grass fed beef, can't find any unhomogenzied milk options and your yogurt and sour cream options have also shrunk. I am a shopper specifically looking for nourishing food, you are this area's prime healthy grocer. Do better, I'm running out of reasons to shop here.

I recently bought a box of strawberries, when I opened the box the same day I found most of them moulded. Also, the bag of almonds smelled rather stale, we had to dump the full bag.

Tons of organic, gluten free, raw and vegan stuff. The only problem I ever have here is they tend to run out of stock frequently. Other than that staff are crazy sweet, shop is lovely to linger in and food bar is awesome (and special diet friendly)

They baked their muffins in a gluten free wrapper and the muffin was not gluten free, reached out to customer service and was ignored. That’s a very serious issue that they are choosing to ignore, awful customer experience

Bright, clean, stocks lots of yummy stuff. Recently diagnosed with celiac, so delighted to be able to purchase gf products not seen elsewhere. Did not notice the lack of mask enforcement mentioned in other posts but usually am not in store for long & it’s always been pretty quiet when I’ve been in. Did see a woman coming in wearing only a shield…but…how do I know whether or not she has an exemption? *sigh*
