The Tipsy Muse Cafe
This has been my fave spot and I’ve been a regular for 3 years. this was my first time back since the new ownership and it was so depressing. No music playing, no chairs outside to enjoy the sun, runny uncooked egg whites coming out of our bagels, burnt espresso in our latte. It just wasn’t the vibe it was before, please do better. We had to throw our coffees out since they weren’t drinkable:( 35$ for things made poorly. this was the BEST coffee place in town before. There is also no menu atm which sucks for those of us who love and know the muse for their fancy cream cheese and bagels and fancy syrups like rosemary vanilla (all time fav). The Tipsy Muse Cafe
My latest discovery. :o) This café was highly recommended by a friend who works nearby so I knew it would be worth a visit. There is a good vibe here and the staff is friendly. I had a delicious peppermint tea and my friend had an impressive looking latte. There was a good variety of sweets to choose from to go with our hot drinks (including oat cakes). It was a great first experience. I’ll have to try out their lunch menu the next time.

Delicious Gluten free option!!They have a plain gluten free bagel option, and were very kind to open a new plain cream cheese for me to prevent cross contamination. They also have a gluten free toaster which is so so so lovely. My bagel came out of the kitchen on a tray with parchemin paper before being plated and delivered to me personally. Not to mention the bagel itself was delicious- I had to get my partner to taste it to make sure it was actually gluten free (lol).These folks really went over and above to accommodate my allergy, and it is so incredibly appreciated.The people I was with had coffee served in beautiful hand-made pottery mugs, and the Breakfast Bagel.Accessibility: there is a ramp alternative to the few stairs to enter the cafe. Gender neutral, accessible washrooms in the back.

It was my first time give it a try walking around downtown on Saturday morning.The atmosphere is just right. The menus are just right. I wanted to try to breakfast but sadly I was packed from the farmer market.So, I would have to make a second visit.The parking could be tricky during regular work hours and the on street parkings are not free until after 5 pm on normal working day.No problem for parking over the weekends and holidays.

A word of warning to those thinking this is the same tipsy muse cafe it used to be. It's not. After the sale and the loss of the original staff, the tipsy muse is nothing like it should be. The coffee has changed, and not for the better. Gone is the quality espresso and drip coffee expected, and replaced is Freddy bean coffee out of a container, and an espresso drink that comes out burnt every time I've had it. Forget trying to order food, even though most items have sold out signs on them, they still do not have the items they say are in stock. The menu has changed, gone are the homemade bagels, syrups & cream cheese, enter store bought bagels, cheap syrup, and even cheaper (phillidalphia) cream cheese. The food is disgusting, and as mentioned below by someone else, rarely cooked. Don't be fooled. This is a very cheap coffee establishment trying to masquerade as a much more higher class one. Stay away.

Love this place. Definitely my go to spot for a morning coffee and a bagel. This coffee is the best in Fredericton and the flavours of bagels and cream cheese is epic. A super chilled and quiet spot for a chill or to get on with work.

I would come back to Fredericton just for another chat with Jeremy (Freddy Bean Roasters) and the delightfully friendly barista.My husband and I stumbled upon this cafe in the late afternoon, and we got a cold brew coffee and a lil’ coffee bundt cake (don’t really have pictures of the cake cuz we ate it quickly)!Love the space, love the vibe, and if you are ever in downtown Fredericton, this is by far the best cafe hands down!

Had the best experience at the Tipsy muse! Such cool and welcoming space. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I had the vanilla latte and it was delicious! It’s a great place to hangout and I highly recommend checking it out!

Such an amazing atmosphere!! I loved going with my whole family. We had great service and even better food. The vibe is amazing and even kid friendly. The natural light offers such a warm and inviting space. The everything bagel is so yummy. Cannot wait to come back!!! ❤️

First time trying this Cafe. I ordered an all dressed bagel breakfast sandwich that I didn't really like and my husband didn't like his breakfast sandwich on a whole wheat bagel either. We also ordered two medium drip" coffees which were ok. I like the atmosphere of the Cafe itself but the food for us was just so so. With the tip our bill came to a little over $25."
