Bought a washer last month for about $7K The hose leaked almost right away. Checked hose where it attaches to washer and the O ring was damaged. Went to dealer and he said I should grease the O ring once in a while. No they should have grease it before it left their shop. Charged me $1.35 for 2 new O rings! Really??
