Altered Sound

Dean and team were great to deal with. Turned my ho-hum sounding saddle bag speakers which i believed to be the correct setup into a crisp / clear sounding system. I was walked through what will be done and was walked through what was done.Altered Sound was a recommendation and I was NOT disappointed. Ed and the boys did a great job on my car. Everything has a factory level finish, with a eye for detail. All wiring and components are completely hidden.There was a little issue with the initial install and they took the time to evaluate and fix the issueGreat place for home theatre and probably the best in the world for motorcycle audio.Lots of great anti theft solutions available as well

Great experience went in to get my amp on my street glide tuned and ending up getting another speaker upgrade on my bike couldn’t be happier sounds amazing and turn around time was great if your looking for someone that knows what they are doing look no further.

Originally used them years ago for my Rosen head unit. They did good work back then. The Rosen unit has since gone bad, no problem I figured. I went back there to get it fixed. Took it in and left it over weekend and a couple of business days. I got it back and they charged me $175 and didn't fix the main issue. Made another trip back for him to check out and verify that they did not fix it they had no option for me so I left. Ed (the owner) was supposed to get back me with options on replacement, this was weeks ago. I still haven't heard back from him after three more follow up phone calls.I guess they don't want my business anymore and were happy just taking my $175 for nothing.Stay away from here! Customer service or work less than thousands gets ignored and forgotten in my recent experience.

Had an amazing Experience at Altered Sound. I had some friends get their stereos installed there and knew I needed to bring my bike there. I’ll be completely honest after the installation was done and I heard my stereo I was 100% more pleased then I thought I would ever be well worth spending some money on quality speakers and an amp. I will definitely tell family and friends to go to the shop very professional and amazing team. Cheers
