I have Never been so unhappy with service from a independent shop. If you order any glasses from them make sure you are calling them since they do t like to make phone calls. I would expect this service from a large chain. Extremely disappointing since I prefer to deal with local independent business

First time ever getting vision assessment, the service was just amazing. Both ladies were amazing, kind, and friendly. Dr. Robinson was professional, kind, and 100% honest about everything. Thank you for everything you did for me I will see you all again in 1 year. :)

Would not shop for our glasses anywhere else. The owner Martin and staff are very helpful when choosing your glasses and really care about each and every customer they have.Have been dealing there for years. They are very friendly and it has always been a wonderful experience for me and my husband Wayne.

You won’t find a better optical place! This is a family owned business and they truly care about each and every one of their patients. Reception is always smiling and eager to help and the opticians are second to none in the whole city. Michael is wonderful fitting contacts and going over any concerns or questions you may have. I definitely recommend and will not go anywhere else for my glasses and contact needs.

Nothing but raves about this place for me. From my original check up with Roxanne to the help I received in picking my new glasses and contacts. I felt the whole process was very attentive to my needs for the care of my eyes. It’s a family business and they are all in sync with each other to give the customer the best experience possible. I felt I was being taken care of with great care. I’d recommend to anyone.
