Greenbank Towers

My sister lives here so I do not know all the ins and outs, but her 1 bedroom apartment is both nicer, and less expensive than my studio. The elevators are clean and spacious and there are nice parks nearby.

Every time ottawa had a power outage in large and small urban areas, this building will also be within the scope, which is too troublesome

Horrible horrible I donto suggest moving here. My mother lives there currently and I must say while visiting it was the worse experience. The management is very unprofessional and rude. My mother has lived there for a little over a year and in this time she has got bed bugs....yes bed bugs about 12 times if not more. They have sprayed dozens of times for 2 treatments each. She lives out of garbage bags and has not taken anything in or out. Her clothes are in bags from laSt year on the porch untouched because of it. Every spray I costs 100 plus dollars to do laundry. They made her throw out her expensive furniture. And kept saying it's her fault BUT she found out throw chit chat on her floor 3 other people have them but they refused to spray there place thus the management doesn't have to because of there refusal. It's outrageous and gross. Over all once she finds a place to move to in her budget she will be !! And besides that there is the overwhelming smell of marijuana everyday throw her windows and the elevators smell like dog pee badly !!!Her closet door in the main hallways has been broken for a month now because of the management when they came and removed her couches and still no one has fixed them. It's honestly the worse place to live and wouldn't recommend it whatsoever. RUN FROM THIS PLACE

Was a good building. Then covid hit and pool and hot tub have been closed now for going on almost 2 years. Even though the lockdowns and social distancing has long stopped they still refuse the open the pool and other amenities. We're paying for a building with these amenities and they have no plans of reopening the facilities. There has been no communication from the building to let tenants know when to expect it to reopen. Terrible management. STAY AWAY

Lobby is clean and updated to look nice. We visited a friend and went swimming in the indoor pool. There's hot tub which is sweet and the pool isn't too cold. Everything is clean however you can see that it's old.Slight inconvenient that the changing room with toilet and showers are down the stairs. Both female and male rooms are cold - is it cold because its unused or is it unused because its cold?In both rooms there's two showers however only one shower is functional in both rooms.

I lived here 14 months. its used to be a nice building. We loved it. since last 6 months the maintenance of building became a real nightmare. it becomes worst when nobody is responsible. first of all its pool and hot tube is out of service since September. they are renting building with its pool . but when you claim pool is not working , they say easily another building in neighbourhood is responsible for pool. not us!! . my unit windows had serious safety problem for couple weeks . just imagine how we lived there in those days with -30 degrees! and its still not replaced. Overall , I am moving out . it used to be nice . now its terrible . the building staff are really nice guys. but I am not satisfied with this situation.

Lived here for almost fifteen years. The cleaning staff, Jamie and Ash, are great. They're always working to keep the place clean, and they respond to emergency calls promptly... we've never had any issues.The place is relatively safe. There's been the odd incident in here and there, mostly pertains to the neighborhoods adjacent to the building, but the building itself is safe. It's located next to multiple parks and schools. A great place to raise kids. Bus transportation from this location is really accessible.

I have been living on different apartments/condo before; Peggy is definitely the best property manager you can ever asked for! I m very glad I chose this apartment and thank you Peggy for being so awesome! :)

This was my first apartment In ottawa!Wonderful experience! Staff is so friendly! Work orders are done asap! Peggy the property manager is very friendly, and super understanding!Ash & Jamie are the maintence guys! And they are wonderful very friendly and welcoming! Sad that I had to move! But if youre looking for a welcoming home, quiet and clean this is the place to go! :)

Just brought my granddaughter trick or treating only to be yelled at by a woman at this building refusing her entry because she didn't live there. I've lived in this neighborhood for forty plus years and have never been treated this way. I don't know who thus woman was but your a miserable person. Turing away an eleven year old girl dressed up. Shame on you.
