Canada Post

The Service delivery is professional. The staff are well trained and don't sit there thinking about what to do next. The problem is that some clients arrive there totally unprepared. These clients expect the staff to do all the work for them while others wait and the line lengthens.

Worst customer service. Very rude staff.

Today April 18th 2023 at 6pm. A girl from Canada Post gave me a really bad service. She was so rude in the tone she was talking to me a other clients. Looks likes she is new there, is a beautiful black girl I dont know her name but doesnt matter if you are beautiful you should know how to treat customers. I never had that bad customer service before nobody in my life make me cry like this girl did it.

As I watched the lady being rude to the elderly customer in front of me, I didn’t have good feelings about this location. I had needed to get an Amazon return label printed so I didn’t close my box. At my post office near my house they have a tape gun for anybody to use. This location no such service and she instructed me to buy some tape on the wall that was $2.99. I said I would go to the dollar store across the road and was told I would pay more there. Well I paid a $1.25+ then I went to the next shoppers the girl there was super nice and what! She was taping a box for a customer unbelievable!!! Will never go to that shoppers again at hwy 7 and Martin grove very poor service! And once I got to the front of the line she explained to me that they used to provide tape for the customers to use but once they started selling it, they didn’t leave it there for them but she understands that walking around with a random roll of tape all day is not ideal so they tape up boxes in the customers come back.

Waited 30 minutes in line for Kajal to handle one customer, never seen a line up so long at Canada Post before. If you want to deal with someone who has zero concern for their job and customers, you can come here.

Wow. They are so slow. There's like 12 people in line and I've been waiting for 20 minutes. I'm sure no one cares about these reviews but I have nothing better to do while I wait in line.

I'm extremely disappointing with the service at the Canada post located on Hwy 7 and Martingrove. I talked to both managers and bottom line was , if i don't like the service i can else where. I will never go there again and take my business where I get treated with respect.

Employees are disrespectful. I can never get my packages because there never seems to be time their servers and systems actually work.

The Service representatives are amazing! But … The service is a very slow. They need to speed up service (less chatting) or there needs to be 2 employees at busy times ex. 12 noon to 4pm at least.
