I was so happy to find this store. If you have flat feet, or it hurts when you walk, they have such a wide collection and something for everyone. I got the 'beast' shoes instead of the highly recommended Hoka shoes. Glad I found these pair of shoes, saved my feet

Outstanding customer service! I was lucky to find a window when they weren't too slammed in the store! Both the individuals staffed were helpful and knowledgeable. They brought out several shoe options after measuring my foot, all of which were comfortable and let me take the time to figure out which would be best for me! I walked out of there excited for my next run. I'm looking forward to returning here in the future.

Emily was so helpful and patient with me! I took almost an hour to find which shoe felt best for my flat feet and she let me run around her store and gave me helpful information about each shoe ☺️ was not expecting such service when I walked in and will definitely be going back

Came to this location on July 16th to claim a pair of shoes I won via the Michelob Ultra contest. The lady that attended to me (apologies for forgetting her name), was highly courteous with me & walked me through how to grab a proper pair for my purposes; I even appreciated her thoroughness to ensure that the voucher went through.She could have brushed me aside or hurried my visit, but she didn't and I am grateful for that - I will genuinely consider visiting Running Room again, and specifically this location, in the not-too-distant future.

Unfortunately I didn't get his name, but the man who helped me was extremely knowledgeable and provided excellent service. Would 100% shop here again.Edit: came back and was helped by Emily right before closing. She was equally as helpful and knowledgeable. Great service all around :)

I just wanted to say thank you so much. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and back to a gentleman who literally listened to my issues I was having. He then had me walk and recommended 3 types of shoes for me specifically. My feet have been feeling fantastic from the first day I put my new shoes on. Thank you so much for taking the time to listen. I will be returning because of the amazing service I received.

Visited Running Room Winston Park location yesterday evening (Dec 7, 2021) and was so impressed by the help I received in trying to find a shoe for my new job. My apologies as I didn't quite catch the name of the male employee, but I really do appreciate him for taking the time to listen to what I need in a shoe and for offering some nice suggestions. Overall, great customer service! Will definitely return here in the nearby future. (Bonus points for the COVID-19/infection prevention-related table at the front... safety first!) :)
