Amazing service The people working here are so friendly and respectful. They took the time and effort to help fix my backpack which had a difficult Zipper to fix. They took a job and spent 3 hours fixing my bag and made it brand new for me. I highly recommend you to come to their service for any alternative for bags, coats and shirts.

Amazing service! The lady has very good sewing skills, and the lady is very kind! After I asked the owner to dry clean it, it always came clean after a few days. The jacket looks brand new after dry cleaning. Will come back soon!

Great experience with alterations!! Performed a miracle on a bridesmaids dress that was too small, within a short period of time. Friendly and honest, was a great experience. Highly recommend and will definitely be back for any future alteration needs.

After a busy wedding season I've made at least four trips of evening dresses (silk, chiffon), suit jackets, and dress pants to Pearl Dry Cleaners and the clothing looks brand new every time (even with drink spills and sweat marks).On my last trip I brought gold evening shoes and an evening bag that had maroon stains on them from an outfit that had transferred, and they managed to completely fix it for a reasonable price.The owner is so lovely to speak with, very skilled with customer service, and always a delight to work with.10/10 recommend!

I must say that I am absolutely thrilled with the impeccable clothing alternation service I received. The skill and expertise of their designer in altering my dress and pants were outstanding.
