Chloe really took the time to do my nails. I have been getting my nails done for a long time and have gone to different nail salons. I don't think I could say that I've seen a job done better than Chloe did. I have to keep my nails clean and natural for work. She didn't rush and was very polite and easy-going. I will definitely come back again!

I have never been here before and went today as someone had gifted me a pedicure. The staff at the door was snotty and ignorant. I was asked why I was standing at the front counter when I went in. The selection of regular polish Color’s is quite limited. They have a lot of dark Color’s but not many bright ones. The person who did my pedicure was nice but hard to hear. When she was done she told me to wait 20 minutes for the polish to dry. A few minutes went by and someone came to tell me I had to move out of the way. They needed the chair. I went to move and the chair slipped making it difficult to get up. The chairs are on quite a high platform and the floors are slippery…especially when you are wearing goofy feet protectors and toe separators. I moved to the front in the waiting area in a flimsy chair… I went to pay “oh…right..the gift card” is how I was greeted. I paid and said thank you. My nails were not yet dry..they are ruined. All the shuffling around was nonsense. I will never ever go back. I still have funds remaining…but I will not return to a place that makes people feel so unwelcome. Their “spa pedicure” tan me nearly 50 bucks…all to be ruined. Never again. Came home and painted my own…

Prices for services are not too bad compared to other mail spas and has been generally well kept on previous visits. The employee who did my mini pedicure for me was gentle, professional and friendly. Will return again

Great experience at Ai Nails every time I visit. They are very accommodating, friendly, and do a great job on my nails. It’s clean and I’ve always been able to get in for an appointment when I want to. Love that it’s close to my neighbourhood too!

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience getting my nails done today with Emma, and am so happy with the result - it's exactly the nails I had envisioned. Emma was very thorough and careful, she took her time to get my nails perfect. She was super pleasant and easy to get along with. While the salon is a bit far out from where I live/work, after this visit I will still make the trip to get my nails done with her in the future.

Love this place! I’ve been using them for about two years now (both St Anne’s and Bridgwater locations). Although prices might be slightly higher than other salons, I’ll keep coming here - very clean place, friendly/professional staff. Chloe has been doing my nails for the past year and she is fantastic: very meticulous with her work, great attention to detail. She gets booked up very quickly, but if you have a chance to book with her - do it, you won’t regret!

I went the the Southglen location and my nails have never felt and looked so good. She did a really good job of throughly cleaning my cuticles and shaping my nails, she was very patient with me and kind. If you’re looking for a clean salon with good quality products and professional staff - Ainails is amazing, and I’ll be back!

Michaela was great. The lady who helped me choose a color...wish I knew her name...was super nice as well. Great pedicure.
