I went in a few weeks ago on a busy weekend with my partner to purchase new glasses and prescription sunglasses. Jops was absolutely amazing! She really took the time to show me what I would be getting, helped me find the right fit for both the lenses and the add-ons for blue light and sun protection. Moreover, she made us feel very comfortable with our budget and needs! We had a great experience at this specsavers thanks to Jops and the team.

Recently had an eye test at Specsavers Uptown, and I was impressed with their service. The optometrist conducted a thorough eye exam and explained the process in detail, answering all my questions and concerns. I appreciated that they took the time to understand my eye needs and provide recommendations.The customer service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The staff and services were friendly, accessible and clearly labeled. I was hoping for my style in a less expensive pair, but I love the frames that I chose. The person helping me with my choices and function of each pair was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. They heard all of my questions and requests, giving me information to make good decisions and fit my needs. The prescription sunglasses were an excellent price, as a third pair. Thank you, the process was actually fun.

Few weeks ago I had my eye check up with Dr. Ahmed, and he did a great job giving me the correct prescription for my eye glasses. While waiting for my prescription, Claire was helping me throughout the process from picking the frames that I like, double checked if the frame is aligned to my eyes till payment which she also made it easier for me using my insurance.I get my sunglass after two weeks, and Philip made a good job adjusting the frame and keep asking if I'm comfortable with the fitting. He didn't let me go until I become comfortable with my sunglasses.Few days after I got my 2nd pair which is a little bit loose. This time, Jops helped and did his best to adjust the frame that I got.I requested if I can change the 2nd pair with different frames cause it's uncomfortable. Luckily I just got my eyeglasses so they allowed me to pick a different one. Max helps with the process.I really had a great experience with specsavers uptown, your staff is amazing and helpful with your clients.On top of your affordable and good quality 2 pair eyewear deals, your customer service is excellent. Fantastic customer service. A professionally run business with exceptionally friendly staff and a good selection of glasses and sunglasses. The best optical experience I’ve ever had! I highly recommend Specsavers at Uptown. From the eye exam to popping in for an adjustment it has been an exceptional experience. Like a high end boutique but with low prices. The staff are super helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable and equipped. Shout out to Nave, Jane and Claire who always make me a top priority and are like family now.The selection and quality is excellent. I couldn’t be happier with the glasses I chose.Every detail is executed to a high level. My whole family is going there now. A 5/5 Star experience!

Great customer service at Uptown mall Specsavers! Staff were extremely helpful in explaining options for my glasses, price and selection were great, and I was given plenty of time to mull over my decision and never felt rushed. The staff were very friendly, professional, and helpful! I haven’t yet received my glasses because they will take a couple of weeks to come in, but based on my purchasing experience I highly recommend Specsavers! Thank you Nav who was wonderful!
