The personal service I get each and every time I come in for an appointment is outstanding. It means a lot to me to be greeted by first name by the receptionist and the consistent valuable feedback I get from my hygienist on each and every visit is amazing! I wouldn’t want to be at any other dentist office than Maple Mews, quality service every time.

My first visit to MM Dental was after multiple bad experiences with other dentists. My experience here was stellar. From the friendly and efficient admin staff, to my amazing hygienist Michelle Hrapchak, who was incredibly friendly, but more important, she was gentle and effective. Dr Parker was understanding of my bad experiences and made things very simple and painless for me. I'm glad I received this recommendation as I'm 100% satisfied with my experience.

I have experienced quite a few of Dental offices in my life as a senior. I would say Maple Mews Dental Office is the best for me. The staff are nice and helpful. Dr. Parker takes care of my tooth and always gives a great solution to my tooth problem. She just fixed my tooth which had lost a big part of it. Now it’s working well with comfort and smooth surfaces. Dental hygienist Christine is nice and told me lots of knowledge for keeping teeth healthy. She always gives me a note about what she is doing. I felt her cleaning work is so important and the result is perfect. Thank all Maple Mews Dental Office team members! You make me worry free on my teeth.

We have going to Maple Mews Dental Office for quite a long time now and it is always a pleasant experience. The staff are so nice and so helpful. Christine is the dental hygienist that I see and she is simply the best. She is the nicest person and looks after cleaning and maintaining all of my crowns to perfection. Dr. Parker is so pleasant and always comes up with a great solution to any problem that might arise. This team is simply the best that I have encountered anywhere.

I’ve had my teeth cleaned a number of times by Chris, she does a great job and is very friendly and kind. Dr Parker has been very professional and I would recommend both.

I hate going to the dentists but all the people that work here make it an enjoyable experience. They are very nice and gentle when working on your teeth. In the past I always had issues with my past dentist not being able to restore my bite after having fillings and I’d always have to go back to get adjustments. I had some fillings yesterday and my bite is perfect.

Listen when it comes to your mouth, especially during a pandemic you don't mess around. Laurie and the dental team was the first place I went when I moved to Hamilton. And now I'm literally treated like family. Growing up I hated the dentist....until I joint Maple Mews! Go for the cleaning, you won't be sorry!
