Amazing customer service! Very pleasant when answering the phone, and weren't rushing me to get off the line. Same goes for in the store. Despite my lackluster knowledge in audio they're very helpful and help try to explain a number of things that I just had questions about. And not once did I feel like a salesperson was being condescending do to that lack of knowledge. An amazing group of people they have here. Will definitely be recommending this place, and will be a returning customer

Just moved to Tillsonburg and went to Ronsons Audio Video to purchase a Yamaha CD player.The customer service from Steve, the Owner was absolutely amazing.Not only Steve did a Price Match on the CD player, he was kind enough to assist me with the new Firmware update on the Player.Very friendly service and the customer service is second to none.For great Audio Video equipment and outstanding service before and after your purchase, I would highly recommend Ronsons AudioVideo.

Excellent services and advices. The two professional guys set-up large 4K TV in the living room and it's very nice TV. You could not find someone who can set up the large TV in Tillsonburg. This is the only place Ronsons Audio Video for setting up the TV in your home. My wife and I are very glad to pick this place instead of going to London or Woodstock.

So I am starting my review to tell you that while I didn't purchase anything at Ronson's, I wanted you to know that they are very professional. I am from out of town and was helping my parents mount a new TV that they had received as a gift. The TV did not come with the proper screws to do this. I looked all over Tillsonburg trying to find the proper screw kit to no avail. My dad remembered that there was a audio/video shop downtown so we went. When I went in I asked if they had a screw kit to purchase, they said that they didn't because they usually come packaged with the televisions, he also told me his installer was out with the van that had all the tools and equipment. The store clerk could see that I was disappointed and asked me to wait a minute while he went down into the basement. He came up with a bag full of screws that he had found from past jobs and even helped me find the exact right screw for the TV. I really wanted to pay him somehow and he said no, drop a coffee off if I'm ever passing by again. Since I am from out of town that is hard to do. So I decided to take the time to write this review and encourage everyone in Tillsonburg to give Ronson's a try for all their audio and video needs. They offer to match prices and their customer service is obviously EXCELLENT! Thanks Again Ronson's!!! Geoff
