Texas Smoke BBQ
We got the BBQ for 2 for $50, which comes with 3 meats and 2 sides of your choice.The side you have to get is the cornbread as it was tender with a lovely caramelized crust that was simply delicious. The mac and cheese was nothing special as the flavour was quiet flat. I’m missing the sharp cheddar and cheese pull.The meat:- Sausages was my least favourite of the 3 as the casing was just too hard and was not pleasant on the chew. We ended up ripping off the casing on every bite. The flavour itself was a good simple basic sausage as there were no additions like jalapeños or spices.- Pulled pork was very tasty. Tr meat was still tender and had a nice bark on it and not overly sauced.- Brisket was another ok here. There was a good bark on it and the meat still soft, but not the juiciest cut we’ve ever had.Overall the portions was very good for 2, everything was served luck warm even though we ate it right after we got the goods in the car as it was raining and this really took away from the meal. Would I go back, probably not as everything overall was ok…

Very disappointed with the results of the food I got after driving all the way from Coquitlam to Langley to try for the first time Texas smoke Langley.I spent $85 on $50 dollars bbq for 2 which I got a bit of pulled pork, not half lb, 1 slice and a bit of brisket, not half lb, and w tiny little corn bread.Oh and 2 sausages.The sausages were as hard as rock I’d say 15 mins after I bought them, my kid couldn’t even eat them. The Mac and cheese was testing more pepper than cheese itself.I mean attached there a picture of $50 meal for two.The steak sandwich which is shown in long bread on their instagram was made in a burger bun, and spilled oil everywhere in my car.I mean to be honest I just think was a waste of money, gas and time.

Where to begin ? BBQ for 2 was a big disappointment. Heard the hype. I guess these people don`t know Q. Maybe, it was a 1 off. However and hour drive to get here. So, the Brisket -2 thin pieces, very tough, good flavor, Pulled Pork, A ice cream scoop ( no where near a 1/2 lb.), good flavor, sausage was decent, coleslaw was very dry, needs more dressing. Beans were good. Bang for your buck is not close to being here. Picnic table vibe and staff working hard.

Ordered the 14-15 person sized platter for my son’s graduation. Was absolutely perfect. When I arrived the chef allowed me to sample a piece of the brisket he was cutting. Will order again!! The sides were smaller than expected; but with additional veggie & fruit trays (that I made) it was more than enough food for 20 people (ages 8+).The corn bread is perfect; the brisket and pulled pork delicious; the Dino bones are HUGE and fully worth it!!! The beans were delicious; as was the Mac & cheese. The slaw wasn’t over seasoned and runny. Oh and they had sausage links - delicious!!! No leftoversAgain thank you for doing this on short notice!!! Highly recommend. Was also able to pick up at their Milner location.

Texas Smoke BBQ
Gotta tell you this is authentic, delicious bbq with great customer service. My husband is Texan and since moving to BC he has never been impressed with any of the Canadian BBQ - until today. He has never raved about any BBQ before. Come check out Texas Smoke and you will not be disappointed. The sauces are so flavourful. We had the cheese steak and pilled pork and they were juicy and yummy.Great picnic area with lawn games for families and place for your dog too.We are so glad we stopped when we saw the signs.

Texas Smoke BBQ
I stopped by Texas Smoke BBQ randomly after picking something up from Roots & Wings Distillery and I am so glad that I did. The food is delicious - the burnt ends are incredible, the brisket is excellent and the pulled pork is amazing. And the team there are so nice and helpful and truly care that the customer has a good food experience. I live out by Cultus Lake - and every time I head towards Langley I will do my best to work in a run to Texas Smoke BBQ to get things to take home.

TEXAS BBQ ON CANADA DAY!!My family and I are originally from the US, and we haven’t found a great BBQ place out here…up until now. BBQ is big down south, so we’ve been craving some smoked meat (brisket, ribs, etc). We’ve been meaning to try Texas Smoke BBQ for a while, so glad we finally did.We decided to order from the catering menu, for a get together we were having on Canada Day. OMG the food was AMAZING!! The food was the hit of the party. Everyone absolutely LOVED the food, and the serving size was generous as well. My personal favourite was the brisket and jalapeño cornbread.The only thing that could possibly top the food, was the service. When I went to pick up the order, I was fortunate to meet the owners. They were so friendly and ensured my order was accurate and timely. The truck has a nice clean lawn out in front, with plenty of seating and lawn games. My family and I will definitely be back to have some lunch and hang out in the near future.Thank you Texas Smoke BBQ for a great experience and giving us a little piece of home.
