Eau Spa

We had a couples massage while staying at the Old Orchard Inn recently. Very friendly and a great relaxing massage. They have direct billing for insurance which is a bonus.

Great location, very friendly staff. The food was excellent, the scenery was very nice. The pool was fun, hot tub looked amazing but was closed due to covid rules. Rooms were nice, a bit dated but to be expected with a historic property. The spa was nice and our estician was great!

Won't honour gift cards purchased prior to the new owner purchasing the business. Gift card has name of the business on it, they point you to the previous owner as if you should have known all along.Disgusting customer service. Poor business deal has the customer being punished. Will never return. Have told many others to not bother either. Not worth supporting a shady not trustworthy business!

I go every 6 weeks for waxing and the experience is always wonderful! Just started getting my hair done and feelings are the same! All the girls have such friendly personalities and make you feel welcomed :) I honestly couldn't ask for a better spot to go to for all of my services.

Recently got my favourite haircut in about a decade from Megan, the new hair stylist at Eau Spa (I'm comparing with cuts from some great stylists in Montreal and Halifax). She's a hidden gem! Truly a very talented stylist. Quirky and private little room for the cut. So grateful she was recommended to me!

Took my daughter (8) there for her first mani/pedi and it was perfect. The staff were very professional and treated her like a princess, which she absolutely loved. We will definitely be back

The owner of this business is not doing herself any favours. My appointment was cancelled without my knowledge, and when I showed up at the scheduled time, the owner took no responsibility and instead blamed a trainee.My mother had a hair appointment (for her son's wedding) and travelled from the city to Wolfville for a trial run. The owner herself did my mother's hair, and was not only out of her depth trying to style a simple French twist, but repeatedly told my mother she didn't need any more practice and that was as good as it was going to get.

I always enjoy my hr therapeutic massages & each therapist is so thorough. They ask questions and discuss my goals which leads to a superior experience. I'm also given stretching & recovery suggestions which I love.

Had such a great day! Great place. My only issue is that I wish you could talk to an actual person instead of having to do everything online.

Our first few visits were fine. These last two? We won’t be back. While waiting for her nails to be done, my wife heard glass breaking, followed by one employee loudly calling another a “b****”. This was in (edit) February or March, 2022. Last week, my wife got lost on the way, and being an inexperienced driver called me panicking from the side of the highway. She called the spa from the car, when she realized that she wouldn’t make it on time, and when she eventually made it home, she called again to explain and apologize. The employee did not seem to care about the excuse and informed us that because of the no-show, half of her gift certificate was forfeit. Good news for them- They can keep it. These people need to learn some basic human decency and compassion.
