Israel Trip was great. Not great customer service, nickle and diming especially on health realted cancellation charges, hotel booking were wrong and no mention of loyalty points because used them. Go to Israel , just not with them!

Travelling to Israel was an experience I wasn't sure I would enjoy. I always pictured a lot of problems and issues during my trip, and luckily for me, Aufgang Travel was very eager to make sure my trip will be as enjoyable as it can get, and they succeeded with flying colours! Never in my life was a trip that I could enjoy like this one!

My wife and I just took a trip to Israel with a personal guide.Fantastic trip. All went perfectly. Aufgang pairs with an Israeli agency for the arrangements. We went first class and it felt like it! Not cheap but worth it! Included VIP airport service which I had not known about. Recommended.
