We booked a birthday party and had a great experience. Our party host, V, was very helpful. While the kids were jumping, she brought everything into the party room and set it up.The pizza and drinks arrived right on time. She served cake to the guests and told me to “relax”. She was a great host and I would recommend booking a party here.

I can’t thank the manager and the staff enough for helping to accommodate the birthday party we held there for my daughter. Everyone was so helpful and friendly and the kids had a blast. We will definitely be back and we recommend their facilities to everyone!

We came here on a weekday and almost no one was there. It was extremely fun!They sell trampoline socks separately at the front desk for $4 a pair.The free lockers they offer use a custom digital password and do not require any type of combination lock.Activities include trampoline dodge ball, basketball, climbing challenge course, rock climbing, climbing wall run, foam pit, small arcade and lounge area where you can purchase snacks and beverages.We had such a great time here and by the end of the hour, and after trying every activity offered there, we felt exhausted and satisfied with our experience. I highly recommend trying this place out!

I booked a birthday party there, I'm very happy for my decision. The crew are all young people, our party host is very helpful and patient. He lets me know the steps, what's coming next, asked a few times: do you need something else?I had a great birthday party there for my daughter. It was really great movement at aerosport today my kids and friends had fun

We went to AeroSport for a birthday party yesterday. They were way over booked and the party we attended was very disorganized on their part. For the first hour the party kids used the trampolines but did not have access to the party room because they book one hour for each and not 2hrs for party room and one hour for jumping. Then the party room was double booked and we had to wait about 15min to get it sorted out. The other party group kept their gift and decoration bin in the area that was assigned to our party. Very disappointing for the birthday child and their parents.Secondly, I do not think the area is vacuum very well on a daily or even weekly basis.We were utilizing the Toddler area and a group of kids along with their parent(s) took over the area. I had to go get a staff person to have them move along to a more age appropriate area. The toddlers could not play when these children were they as it was not safe. It would have been great if someone could have monitored this area or even make it part of a routine walk around the centre.Over all it was over crowded, their birthday parties are not personally centres on the guests and the space is not throughly cleaned before it opens. I was disappointed to say the least.

Went right at opening and basically had the place to ourselves. Fun activities tho wish there was more ninja warrior stuff for middle school kids. Lockers also didn't work with my credit card. We had a blast!

Park has lots to do and is clean. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Food choices limited but adequate. Only problem is we brought my son and 3 friends for his birthday. Asked for food to be ready at 240 pm. Pizza was but chicken was 15 min late and two kids done eating. They rectified with 4 free jumping passes and refunded all food!

It’s a good place but super busy, I’m giving it three stars because it’s not wheelchair friendly or stroller friendly. No ramps or elevator, I had to bring my newborn up the stairs in a stroller which was really hard. I have a friend that broke her leg recently and wanted to bring her kids but she can’t even get into the parents seating area to watch them because they have zero ramps. Very annoying and just frustrating.

Love this place!! Take my granddaughter on Thursday or Saturday mornings. Toddler rate is $10 for an hour at 9am. Best $10 I can spend. She loves it and it uses a lot of her energy. Staff is always very friendly
