We needed work done on our balcony after the plywood underneath the membrane rotted from a leak. We were so lucky to have Kyle and Mark working on our house. Kyle takes enormous pride in doing an excellent job. It was as if he were working on his own home. He answered all of our questions while reassuring us that the balcony would be sealed tight when he was done. Due to scheduling and coordinating with workers from another company replacing the wood, Kyle and Mark had to tag team and come back on multiple days. Mark was great about communicating with us throughout the process, picking up where Kyle left off, and delivering excellent customer service. Thank you, Trudel & Sons team!

Trudel and Sons Roofing recently replaced the shingles on our roof and we are very happy with the finished project. It was a pleasant experience starting with John providing an estimate and answering any questions we had, to the installation crew. Darryl and his team provided an excellent quality of workmanship and were very professional and courteous. They ensured the gardens and surrounding areas were protected and the clean-up of the old shingles, nails, and any other debris was exceptional. I highly recommend Trudel and Sons Roofing to anyone with a roofing project. Good job guys!

Victor was referred to me by a friend. He arrived for the appointment on time, was pleasant, polite and knowledgeable. The quote was reasonable (compared to the other quotes I received) and we arranged a date to do the re-roofing job. His crew were great, they did an excellent job over several days and cleaned up after themselves. No issues to report.

Whoever is driving the company truck nearly rear-ended us. Can’t imagine they’d be conscientious in their work if they’re that aggressive on the road. Cheers

Shout out to them helping out. The repair person/installer went out of his way and not only fixed the roof but also fixed someone else’s mistake/laziness. He could have easily gone the “not my problem” route but he chose to be professional, courteous, and ethical and looked after the job.

If you need roofing services this is the company. John Dobney assessed what was required, offered great option for me to select. Was there when the roofing team arrived and they did an outstanding job. The roof was a big job but they did an amazing job. I also have to mention Barb Smith in the office who was great to deal with. I highly recommend Trudel and Son

I called Trudel to get some repairs done to my roof which had been installed by Trudel several years early. After getting transferred to voice mail (customer service was too busy to answer the phone) I left a detailed message. They never called back.Good luck getting after-sales service.

I contacted Victor from Trudel to check out issues with my roof he was quick and professional when he came out. The estimate was reasonable and we went forward with the work. The crew arrived on time and worked professionally, I appreciated the thorough clean up they did. Since they did the work, I have recommended them to other people looking at getting their roof done.

Lack of professionalism; completely rude and blatant disregard for others. Do not recommend.

I called them to fix a roof that they installed 3 years ago because it started to leak.It took me 1 month for them to finally return my calls.They told me it would cost $300 just to have someone come by.....not even to fix the roof...just to assess it.They don't stand by their craftsmanship at all.
