Natasha has a gift for connecting and seeing her clients so clearly. She approaches her healing work with intention, beauty and depth - creating a safe space where vulnerable topics and emotional release can be explored. During our distance sessions, I've felt so incredibly connected, held, seen and energetically replenished. She is thoughtful in her approach, open to exploring the lessons on a deep level. When I first came into Tash's presence it was during a yoga session at Moksha Yoga Waterloo. Having never previously spoken or even meeting, her calm yet passionate direction immediately moved me into a deeper level of connection with my practice. Tash's incredible intuition recognized an area of pain in my body that had been of ailment to me since running a half marathon earlier that year. When floating us into pigeon, Tash asked if she could adjust me, moving and releasing my hip in a way that not even my osteopaths had been capable of achieving up until that point. Since this beautiful and transcendent practice, Tash has become a close personal friend as well as a source of wisdom to aid me in my emotional and spiritual development. I have used her breadth of knowledge to further my yoga practice, encourage my friends practices, understand and appreciate reiki as well as asking her to guide my private birthday yoga class, and hiring her to guide a 100 person glow in the dark yoga party (those experiences deserves a separate 5 star review altogether!). A runes reading, a crystal meditation, reiki session, yoga practice, creating a custom piece of intention based jewelry or or even giving a hug, Tash is my go-too person to assist in feeding my spiritual fulfillment. I have done several in person sessions with her at Harmony Wellness Collective and mostly recently distance healing.
