Customer appreciation weekStarted weakAs soon as we walked in the waitress seemed annoyed we had come in 45 mins before closing (even tho we called before hand and asked does it matter what time we come in“We close at 9 so anytime before that”We were told)In reality the second the waitress seated us she said the kitchen is closing in 15 mins.As soon as our order was brought to the table. The waitress didn’t come back until she had the bill.No - how is it, is there anything else I can get you, we asked for water to start and one glass was all we were apparently allowed to have as the waitress never asked us if we’d like to order a drink when our dinner came or even a refill of the water we had.We’ve been coming for years and have never experienced this poor of customer service.SoooooWe went back (like I said. We’ve been long customers since the 90’s)When we walked in, we recognized the same waitress and were seated in her section.100 percent, she recognized us and as awkward as the whole situation was. This young lady showed grace and showed effort.If there’s anything I can say it’sthis place might not always be a hit but if you don’t enjoy it your first time. Give it another go (but maybe order something different)Really happy with the customer service tonight.I’m changing my review, not for the food but because of this young woman.

The food was amazing as usual and we had a great server. Not the usual grouch who has been there for years and years.The washrooms, however, leave a lot to be desired.There are no functioning toilet paper dispensers in the women's washroom, so you have the pleasure of either picking a roll up off the floor to use, or you can use a roll sitting out at the back of the toilet seat which has been used by goodness knows how many people. Pleasant, isn't it?

I got the seafood platter. It was pretty bad. However the other items were all pretty good. I cannot confirm the authenticity as I’m not familiar with Greek food

Seriously the best food on the planet, amazing service, great atmosphere, fair prices, and huge portions!I've been going here for over 10 years, and I've never been disappointed. They are consistently amazing!

I can't say enough good things about the people at Greek Garden. Fantastic food, amazing prices, and the service is top notch. The service is definitely what my wife and I love mostly about this place.The ambience is wonderful and quaint. My go to meals are always either the gyro or chicken souvlaki. Generous portions.If you're in the Guelph area definitely worth a visit!

Terrible service. No offer of refills for drinks. Never checked on us. We had a table of 8 and the waitress took the order from the far end of the table rather than approaching each couple separately. Food was ok but my wife's potatoes arrived cold. One chicken dish was overcooked and dry. Food is LOADED with Garlic. We mentioned it was a special occasion but nothing was was done about it. I would not recommend.

Food is superb. I have been there 3 times and it has not been busy, but can never get my food in under an hour and a half. Service is excellent, but food delivery very slow, hence the 1 star.

The seafood platter, lamb chops, and shrimp souvlaki are standout dishes, expertly prepared and beautifully presented. The baklava and Greek coffee were the perfect way to end the meal, with their rich and flavorful tastes that left a lasting impression. According to my friend who recently visited Greece, the taste was almost as good as what they had back there. The friendly staff add to the warm and welcoming atmosphere, making you feel right at home. Whether you're grabbing a quick bite or settling in for a long, leisurely meal, the Cafe Greek Garden in Guelph won't disappoint. Highly recommended!

They had a bit of a bad time several years ago and we decided to try them again. We've been there now for about 3 or 4 times and we have found that the service is really good very courteous, very attentive. Their menu offers a good selection and the food is very good and if you have a large appetite you will not disappointed you get quite a lot on your plate., The prices are quite reasonable. We intend to keep going back and we will bring friends with us.

I work at a retirement home and we had a special takeout night with our residents and holy moly! I don’t even have the words to describe how amazing the food was! It was a large order and everything was done so well! To the lady who packed the order I’m sorry I didn’t get your name but you were so great and also the man who helped bring everything to my vehicle. My residents are over the moon with their meals and we will definitely be ordering again!
