I’ve been an IRS customer and have been seeing Nancy (one of the IRS Respiratory Therapists) for almost 10 years. She is so great to deal with that I make sure my appointment is with her - no matter which IRS office she is at. I have seen her at 3 different IRS locations. Nancy is professional, helpful and knowledgeable. She is constantly cheerful and is such a pleasure to deal with. She has helped me through 3 cpap machines, countless masks and hoses and she always keeps me informed of any new OSA devices to ensure I am aware of different options out there. The front office staff I have dealt with have also always been wonderful. I highly recommend IRS!

There are three reserved parking spots for this business. Reception is pretty friendly and will get you setup with a machine. Typically you get referred to this place and need to make an appointment. Although the tunes I’ve been there it didn’t seem that busy.

These people very happy to supply very expensive unit but when i wasn't using it effectively partly because of skin sensitivity to mask I was ignored. So i havehad this unit for months just sitting there while my breathing gets more difficult and my sleep poorer.

This is a great company. They KNOW all about snore appliances and sleep apnea machines. They let me trial use a unit before purchase. Very impressed with their follow up etc. I have yet to purchase a sleep apnea unit, but I most certainly will & it will be from this company.

I will only give them 1 star for answering the phone. Their lack of service to a person standing inside their clinic with no one around, but staff sitting around eating in the back, is horrendous. Would never recommend anyone to go here.

Service is the worst! I have talked to TammyJan 5, 14, 31 Feb 7, 9 and SHE HASN'T SENT in our 6 months of claims to Desjardins. Over $1700!!!!! Which we have not received reimbursement for. I have NEVER been treated this poorly....and I'm 69!

If I could give Independent Respiratory Services, ten stars I wouldImo, this is the Premiere company to use for your Sleep Apnea equipment, service and consultation needs.I've seen both Lan and Andrew, the Manager for consultations about masks, my Bipac machine and to review my. results. Both gentlemen are extremely, knowledgeable, thorough, flexible, professional and personable.The reception staff are extremely friendly and efficient. My machine sends messages to that IRS location concerning how my breathing is, how many times my breathing is interrupted or impaired. When I stopped using my machine they even called me to come in and consult with them re some issues. Lead to a new design of mask that fits much better and is now extremely comfortable. Andrew is particularly good at understanding and utilizing what coverage one has to minimize one's personal expense.Patient people with stellar work and service attitudes.Very highly recommended to anyone with Sleep Apnea.Convenient free parking out front.

They keep changing the time of appointments on me.They changed me 3 times and I just gave up.They also blamed me for rescheduling and saying that my appointment times were too late when they are the ones that scheduled for me. They also companed to my family doctors after I didn't pick up the phone 2 times. Not sure about the services but their receptionists are bottle necking the whole operation.

I'm very disappointed in this business. I've been a client since 2014 and had no complaints until the last few months. My enquiries regarding a submission to my insurance company for a replacement CPAP machine were bungled and overlooked. If a business is having staffing problems it is the manager's responsibility to communicate with clients in a timely manner. Bye, bye IRS!
