Hemauer Funeral Home

Have not dealt with Hemauer directly but when someone in my family passed away, someone from here contacted us asking why we didn’t go with them when we went with a competitor elsewhere.We told them that they basically had a monopoly in central Manitoba and wanted to give someone else our business.(Apparently) the director is on the board of funeral businesses and denies other funeral homes from opening up in the Pas area effectively having a conflict of interest.

Jennifer was very kind, caring, understanding and helpful through this tough time. Thank you so much for your support for us and our family.

Neil Hemauer and staff were very professional, thoughtful and kind during arrangements for my husband Armand’s family gathering in February (due to COVID restrictions), and organizing interment of his ashes in the columbarium at the cemetery in August. I sincerely appreciate Neil’s advice, honesty, assistance and compassion. This service provides help in every way - organizing services, cremation or burial, urn/coffin selection, finding music, preparing brochures, advertising the funeral, and comforting the bereaved.
