Passport Health Westmount Clinique Santé-Voyage

Since I will be traveling to Peru this January, I went to get all my vaccines at the Westmount Health Travel Clinic .The nurse promptly greeted me .I did not have to wait at all. She was fully informed of the vaccines one needed for all the regions of the world and provided me with a list of the ones I required.She made it clear which ones were essential and which ones were optional. This was much appreciated. She took her time and I did not feel rushed at all.I definitely recommend this clinic for travel vaccines.Ronan

My friend and I went to Passport Health Westmount for a consultation before our trip to Southeast Asia. Lou, our nurse, was amazing! She was super friendly and very helpful. We ended up getting one vaccination and she gave us great advice for other medications and where to get them at our best convenience and at the best price. I would definitely recommend going here.

Service was both good and bad. We had two different nurses on different visits. One was quite rude initially, but eventually was nicer. The other staff was great.Low star rating is due to the fact that turns out, they charge significantly higher for vaccines than other clinics. So between the conslutation fee and all the vaccine fees... Beware because your insurance company may not (likiely does not cover) the boosted price. Insurance companies have caps on this kinda stuff.

I had a great experience here. The nurse was very nice, patient and explained everything thoroughly. I also loved the automated appointment system they had which was user friendly. It made it easy to book my appointment.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Service was sub-par. Recommendations given were not useful and did not help in deciding wether or not some vaccines were warranted or optional. The nurse in service was rude and dismissive of our questions. After looking into other places where travel vaccines are provided, we realized they over charge by 80$-100$ compared to other health providers. On top of that, although we explained several times our layover in a certain country, which requires us to get the yellow fever vaccine, we were told we didn’t need it. After further research on our side, we figured that not getting vaccinated would result in not being able to enter the country we’re travelling too.Long story short: go elsewhere for better service and better prices.

We went to Passport Health to obtain our medicaiton and vaccines before our tip to Africa. They really take the time to go over every possible vaccination with you.We felt comfortable and informed when making each of the decisions that we needed to make. Nathalie was very professional and took all the time reuqired. She was able to start administering some of the vaccines neede.d. I highly recommended for your next trip.

I highly recommend this clinic. The nurse was very professional and knowledgeable about the various illnesses that can be contracted and what immunization protocol to follow in order to mitigate the risk and ensure a safe and healthy trip. Please visit this clinic before you travel to areas of the world where certain illnesses are known to circulate.

Halima was great! I'm pretty scared of needles but she made the experience not as bad, as far as getting a shot goes. Explained everything thoroughly and we left with more peace of mind about our trip

Yesterday I went to Passport Health on Sherbrooke in Montreal, and the service was amazing! Our nurse Lou was so kind, helpful and knowledgeable. She answered all of our questions about travel vaccinations and did a great job at administering them. I am someone that is really afraid of needles, but i was very comfortable in her care!

It was very convenient to book the appointment online and to fill-out our vaccination histories in advance online to save time at the appointment (and get a discount on our visit!). The nurse was extremely knowledgeable and, based on our travel destinations, pin-pointed the specific vaccinations we ought to have and ruled out the ones we didn't need since we'd already had them and then gave us all the shots we did need very conveniently during our visit. One-stop shopping! I will definitely use this service for my next trip overseas.
