Apna Farm

I go here for South Asian groceries. The store is clean and has good variety. I would recommend the hot table. Both the Chicken and the Veal Biryani was good and Haleem the best I have tasted. If you feel like South Asian take out please try this place. This place is good value for money and has variety of cakes, even LaRoca ones. The meat section is halal and well maintained. You will even find West Indian spices and sauces here.

I bought chicken biryani on 4th March from this store but I found lamb or goat pieces(not sure what was that but definitely it was not chicken) in chicken biryani. When dialled customer care no, no one was available. Won't buy again any food item.

Very nice store for halal foods, it can be a on the pricy end but they have a good overall selection of foods

I am extremely disappointed by what just happened, as the service was good and nice… but the food, my chicken was pink on the inside while I was eating it. I’m really sick right now.

It is very suspicious when they weigh the meat at pricing. They sometimes weigh the meat with cutting utensils on the scale or blatantly take out pieces after weighing then charge you for the heavier weight. I would recommend double checking the weight you get charged for so you don't get duped.

The meat section in Abna Farm is wonderful and clean. The meat is wonderful, the taste and smell are wonderful. The staff are excellent and their work is nothing better than that.My special thanks to the young man Mahmoud, his treatment is elegant and his work is excellent. I thank you very much, you are really wonderful

Apna Farm has shifted to the Hot new Plaza on Eglinton & Ridgeway.They have space now so have gone big, but have still not come close to their Rival Iqbal FoodsIt’s clean & well maintained, (hoping it stays that way).They have a section on Halal meats, a kitchen area and nuts section.Near the kitchen & bakery hidden away are beautifully arranged Baklawa gift trays (did not get a chance to taste though)Tangy kitchen is buffet style, take away, with a variety of Pakistani & Italian dishes. They also had a bakery section, with cakes, cookies and pastries.The samosa & chili pokora were tasty, would like to try their other food.Apna Farm was always expensive, now it has gone up a notch
