TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Terrible service, employee's are nice enough but they mess up simple instructions every time i go to the branch. It's a shame i can't run my business or get my money on time, without the central bank getting involved.Own the keys to your money, be your own bank. Buy Bitcoin.

Not at all impressed. Not a td customer thank god! Had an appointment to close an account. 3 weeks go by I here nothing I emailed 3 times called left voice mail twice. When I spoke with someone at the estate department they told me nothing had been done. Horrible service !

It's a great place to go to but my concern is, why didn't the girl send the right amount for my Bell Mobility Bill on Friday, May 14, 2021. I just received a Message from Bell Mobility on May 15, 2021, that I only have one day left to pay my Bill.

I have been at this Bank since end of May 2016. I had urgent situations and the staff literally bent over backwards to help me! I really despise their radio, which disturbs my concentration, but the nice and very helpful lady at the customer counter immediately lowers the volume when asked politely. No word of a lie, even the Bank Manager dropped everything a few days ago to help me out. Just to set the record straight I am nobody important nor with alot of money in my account but still all the staff has made me feel like I was rich and important! God Bless and Thank You!!

Special shout out to Hiep Do for all of his help today getting a cheque from out of province put through. There was much more work than a regular cheque needed but he got it all done in a timely fashion, super appreciative for him today. Above and beyond any reasonable amount of customer service was delivered!

Theirs always a line up to the door with 1 person working the counter. Poor service even from the ladies in the back. Never got my call back and now it's 8:30 and still no answer. Still getting the voicemail of yesterday. Not very profesionnal..

I left a voice mail on June 18th requesting a call back to finalize an estate. Their voice mail recording was using 11-Jun-2018, a week behind. After three days and no call back, I made an appointment in Riverview. This branch took care of all my needs and I was in and out within 30 minutes. To date, I have not received a call back from the Dieppe branch. This is not the first time I have had issues and fortunately I won't have any future dealings with them. If you want any sort of Customer Service, I do not recommend Dieppe. It's non existent.Thank you to the Riverview branch for respecting your clients.

The service at this Branch is way below standard. Called to set up an appointment to invest some money and nobody called. Last week, I went at TD Bank in Dieppe with my wife to make changes to some of my accounts, I was told I needed an appointment, and someone would call me, and the changes could be made over the phone. Been a week and still waiting for their call.Called their branch and spoke with the manager and was told I needed to go at the branch to make these changes to my accounts. Unreal....Been with TD for over 25 years but it's time to change institution.

I been with TD since I was 10 (19 years ago). I recently closed my personal account but kept my business account open. If I had any problems they were always willing to help.Maybe not the fastest service due to short of staff maybe but Friendly service 100%
