Does not give a free drink on your birthday even though they draw in customers based on the brand name's reputation. we were told it's because they are a private franchise. very disappointed. went next door for a Chai instead.

Hidden GEM. beautiful location inside hotel lobby. Staff is super friendly. Seating in this area is amazing. love the big glass ceiling and seating in this area, Highly recommended if you want to get a zen out place to quietly get things done in the morning hours.

Service is great. But this location is a bit more finicky for customers because you can’t redeem stars or use the QR code for your payment methods attached to your app. Nothing to do with the staff!

Was witness to an older woman treating one of the workers terribly. She was angry and stating she was not to be 'given orders'. All I saw was that some direction given to her. She told me personally whilst in line, how she was going to email every higher up she could, and have this poor girl fired. It was absolutely upsetting. The employee was obviously busy and was trying her best. Was a shame to see people treated like that, up close. You hear stories, but to see it in reality was very unfortunate to say the least. She should be ashamed of herself.

First time we had breakfast sandwich at Starbucks. The taste is quite different and delicious. The peach Tranquility tea is sensationally impressive.

I love Starbucks but this location should be avoided, three bad experiences and the last time I'll ever go.They advertise cold brews all over the location and never have it available, sometimes they do and other times they don't. No signs posted so you waste your time waiting in line just to be disappointed once you order. I talked to who I think is the manager and she could offer no explanation other then we had cold brews yesterday" So I order a basic ice coffee with sweetener

The csr Amanda was rude, condescending and implied I was lying. I did not receive the promotional cup. Neither of the holiday beverages ordered had any of the toppings ordered nor were they made as requested. This ruined our wedding anniversary breakfast and I will be sharing my impression with friends and family.

This hidden gem is amazing! I needed a quick bite to eat and it was perfect! Staff are always soooo sweet. I don't know how to order from Starbucks but staff are always so nice when I just lamely said a large please" because I still have no idea what it's called

Fast friendly service. Great coffee. Breakfast sandwiches are great for a quick bite on the go. Baked goods also go well with your coffee. Firm favourite.
