Asurion Phone & Tech Repair

Went for a battery replacement, which took longer than expected. However they got it done and all seemed well. Then the phone screen started acting strangely, and I brought it back.Was given no issue with them looking into it, and they replaced the screen on the device at no extra cost. I fully expected them to claim it wasn't caused by them, but they agreed that it had functioned properly before the work and accepted responsibility.I will recommend them to anyone with a Samsung phone, and suggest you see if they are cheaper than the Apple store for out of warranty repairs.

this store is a joke don't come here when the district manager is here he don't know what he's doing he took my phone told me an hour went back in a hour was told another 45minutes and than came back for the phone and now find out the dm didn't put the phone in the computer as a insurance claim and had to redue all the testing again so it would go through insurance it's ridiculous how someone can be a dm and not know how to do there Job

Have some serious issues with this location. Basically, I had brought my PC in for a simple cleaning and thermal paste swap. An employee ended up pulling a pin on my CPU, cue waiting two weeks for a replacement. That's not even the kicker though, the new CPU couldn't fit my old water cooling system on it; so it appears they just chucked some stock cooling fan in there and it's leading to me having some major overheating issues on even the most simple of games. I've tried 3 times to get in contact with them about the situation but every single time the line is busy. All around an absolutely terrible experience with the only slightly redeeming factor being the employees are extremely friendly.

Not only did they take over a month to “repair” my son’s iPad, we received it back with additional issues that were NOT problems when we dropped it off. They claimed these new issues had to be our fault and attempted to have us pay MORE money to have those fixed as well. The gentleman I spoke with on the phone was also extremely rude & argumentative. Save your time & money, go elsewhere as this place seems like nothing but a cash grab.

I called to see if they could fix my Google Pixel 6 Pro screen. I was told the cost is $279 but there is a discount code for $10 off. I had no choice but to bring my phone in. I asked about the advertised first responder discount and was told it is 15%. I noticed on my receipt after picking my phone up (my fault for not paying attention when I paid) that no discount (not $10 off or 15% off) was ussued. I called and asked about the first responder discount and was told that if I want a discount now, I would need to return my phone, the sale would be cancelled and my old screen would be put back on my phone and we would have to start over again. I was also told that any discount is only up to $10. That is not what the ad says. It is 10%, not 15% as I was told at the store but that is not $10 on a $279 sale. Very disappointed in the scamming they did. Poor customer service.

It’s great to have a business like uBreakiFix in WNY. Can you go to a CRICKET or APPLE Store and get your device fixed ? NO. THEY HAVE SHIP IT. Even with OEM (original equipment manufacturer) you have to buy the extended warranties from a second parties. The store honors it’s warranties. My U BREAK I FIX LIGHTNING CABLE Lasted over 2 years there was no problem replacing it in store since it had a 3 year limited warranty. THANKS AGAIN!!!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I took my 3-day old phone there after I cracked the back of it. They told me they could fix it so I left it with them for the day to fix. When I went to pick up the phone later, they had fixed" the back and had destroyed the rings around my camera and damaged the FRONT of my screen so bad that the pixels died. And I didn't realize this until AFTER I paid them $300. So I went back in and showed them and they promised to fix what they broke for free. They fixed their mistakes and I thought everything was fine. Then my camera started not working. I took it to Verizon where they did a soft reset which fixed it for a bit. Then all of the sudden my phone died and would not take a charge. I took it to the Apple store where they informed me that Asurion had used a cheap

I was charged $200 to replace the USB port on my phone. My phone was never opened and the USB port never changed. Stay away from these scammers

Very understanding of my phone situation. Husbands phone was smashed and we were just having the hardest time getting his information off the phone. I bought this a new phone and Asurion was able to get all his info pics in the new phone even thought the old phone screen was smashed and nothing was accessible. It meant a lot since he had a recent friend that passed and we did not want to lose that memorabilia. Thank u guys!

Silus was great! Came in with charging issues thinking I was going to have to get my port replaced but he hooked me up and cleaned my port out and it works good as new. I highly recommend taking any devices you have here
