The best experience I’ve ever had with my Doctor. Dr. Armstrong is smart, thoughtful, through, compassionate, professional, and listens without judgement. Thanks doc!

My current doctor (Kevin Giolma) is amazing. He recently took over from my previous doctor, now retired, who was also amazing. I am comfortable to talk with him about anything and he is very patient, knowledgeable and kind.

Dr Gordon Liu is rude, unkind and unprofessional- Stay away from him he will treat you like a number and not an actual humain being- Sad but true

Hands-down one of my worst experiences with a medical office ever in my 50 years. Every interaction with their administrative staff has been shockingly bad, if they even bother to acknowledge you. Red flags went up at the first contact with their inattentive reception staff. My doctor of 25 years retired and I’m sure would be devastated to know how terrible the new office is that is privileged to receive all of his patients. Except we’re treated as a burden. We are clearly in the way and unwanted by this already swamped medical facility. There seems to be a culture here of administrative staff being given permission to ignore the patients repeatedly. After a 3rd unsuccessful attempt to try to make an appointment (no one answers the phone and emails are always ignored), a nurse called me simply to lecture me on how they receive over a hundred calls a day and how on earth should I even expect to be paid attention to, no matter how much pain I’m in. Just go find a walk-in instead of contacting us to see your doctor. If I’m lucky, the nurse will decide if I’m worthy enough to get 5 minutes with my own doctor. This office is literally everything that is wrong with healthcare in Canada. Luckily, there is so much better than this out there.

Nightmare of an experience. My doctor retired and sent his clients here. Its a mess. They are triple booked. No time for you. Marlene De Sousa is a wicked wench to deal with. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.UPDATE - the doctor just called me YELLING at me letting me know that our interactions are documented and sent to my new doctor. Fully knowing I'm wearing a Holter monitor for a heart scare. I'm glad your negligent care is documented. These type of toxic interactions with the staff here are exactly why I'm terrified to call your office with questions about the monitor I'm wearing.

I have nothing but the highest respect for this clinic. I found the staff to be extremely personable and took time to answer my questions at length. Nick, the resident nurse is one of the most kind and considerate professionals I have ever met. I would highly recommend Maple Leaf Medical clinic for any and all of your sexual health needs.

Just the best of the best, Dr. Knox is an excellent doctor, compassionate, respectful, open minded, knowledgeable, just the best. But not just him, the nurses, front desk, everybody has always been kind, caring and professional with me. The location its great with TTC close by.

To whom this is concerned. In the last few years it has been extremely tough for me. Someone mentioned to me to see this place. And with the gracious Of God I meet DR Graham Smith he is beyond amazing he is carrying and he see me as human been. More like a family member I can not express the gratitude and how thankful I am to you. U were angel given to me and too all other patients you see. U care and you lesson to me you inspired me. U made me confident on my self you made me believe in life I thank you always. Thank you God Bless you always

Dr Frederic Crouzat made my life more difficult than it needed to be. Pleasant man but very stubborn in my eyes. Obviously he is more educated, but when it comes to knowing what is best for you and putting the patient first he is lacking. Changed clinics and got a fantastic understanding doctor who takes my word for what I say and just feels more natural.I moved quite a distance away from the clinic and don’t have a car in the city, so sometimes in the middle of winter (while working full-time) it would be hard to make appointments. Also there was not alternative clinic provided with my move that would be closer to my house.Fred caused me more mental, and physical stress when in my recovery for shingles while still making me leave the house almost daily for a medication I have been on for years. I understand protocols are in place but I did not feel at ease within his care.He expected me to jeopardize my new employment by expecting me to take time off within the first three months of my job and saying its ridiculous otherwise if i weren’t able to take time off to make appointments… mind you schedule is 9-5:30. Coming in for 8 and risking me being late just isn’t an option. I work from home so unless I’m dying having perfect attendance in training isn’t something unheard from a job).He did offer to come in on a Saturday which I do appreciate, but don’t understand why appointments can not be through another video conferencing app or even a phone call appointment for follow ups regards to medication.
