Walked in to get blood work done since they said they take walk-ins online. Receptionist was pretty rude because I didn't make an online appointment.The chair in the room still had dried blood on it, chair was not sanitized at all.I won't be returning to this location again.

Staff is extremely rude, never wants to help anyone and lies about their hours because they want to go home. Especially lady at front desk. Been here multiple times and this happens every single time. Hire new staff asap.

I rushed to this location from downtown Toronto to ensure I didn't arrive right before they closed, out of respect. I arrived at 3:20pm, 40 minutes before closing time of 4pm. When I entered, 2 women were at the desk and 2 patients (a lady and a man) were in the waiting room. I was relieved it was so empty, because I was rushing to another appointment for my child.I stood at the desk and when they didn't acknowledge me I finally said hello!" brightly. "I just rushed here straight from my doctor's office to ensure I didn't walk in at the last minute. Here's my requisition. It's just a blood test (two vials)." I was preemptively apologetic

I had an amazing experience at this location getting blood work done and an ECG. I was in and out within 15 minutes, and the staff member doing my blood work was very gentle.

Don't bother coming here. They get paid per hour with no management/supervisor so they have no reason to work with any sense of urgency. Backlog of appointments so any walk-ins just get delayed until they close. At that point, don't accept walk ins as youre just wasting everybody's time.

Would give zero stars if I could. The front desk staff lied so that I would have to come back another day. She told me my test had to be done in the morning, but another Lifelabs I went to was able to do my test later in the day. She also gave another excuse that the test needed an hour, but my appointment was 1.5 hours before they closed. Next time, don’t lie or give excuses. I find it hard to trust dishonest people with handling my medical tests and results.

I had a very terrible experience at this location on Feb 7, and decided to read the reviews, then I felt better. There is a culture of horrible service at this location and it's concerning that lifelabs has not overhauled the staffing here. Please do so. I called the customer care and was promised a manager will reach out to me, I'm still waiting 72hours after. Great!
